is there something wrong with doremi fansubs torrents?

im not sure whats going on

im using the original bittorrent latest version

but when i try to download from doremi it is either completely rejected and gets that red monster error, goes super slow and now this is popping up

i dont see how im using abusive annoucements im usually asleep when i download stuff

is it because i am dowloading more than 1 torrent from their site at a time?

Abusive announcing refers to how often your client attempts to get new peer information from the tracker. What client are you using and how often does it announce? If you don't know the answer to the second part, then if you just tell us your client and its version number, someone will tell you where to look in the configuration.

is only a problem IF you have chosen to have more than 1 torrent active at a time. You don't get any real benefit from running multiple torrents at once anyway.

Have you ever gotten a rejection message stating that you have been banned for abusive announcing with X abuses so far?

I got the same error, and I only had the one torrent on Azureus. I was seeding at the time, and I haven't touched the Azureus options at all.

I also recieved some errors with doremi torrents as well. I "fixed" it by copying the URL and then opening the URL directly in µTorrent (using the "Add Torrent From URL" feature). After I did that, the download worked fine. Not sure if that'll help anyone or if the problem has already been solved.

Hey, I feel a bit awkward asking for help already since I'm a newbie to the forum but I could really use it.
I'm also getting a slightly different error message from one of Doremi's torrents:

"[SS-Doremi]_Juliet's_Conspiracy_Mai-Otome_DVD_Special_3_[AFF4AF17].avi" : Aborting the torrent as it was rejected by the tracker while not connected to any peers. Message from the tracker: requested download is not authorized for use with this tracker

I downloaded another anime just fine so does the problem lie with this particular torrent/tracker?
oh and I use bitTorrent ver. 4.0.1.

Try going to the SS or Doremi site and re-downloading the torrent from there.

The error message says in plain english what is going on.

I already tried both their sites (including weedys tracker) but *shrug* exact same result for each and every one of them.
