Seeing as though it's gamer/internet culture humor, I'd say it's supposed to be funny, but people choose how they want to react. If those that don't understand it want to react in a negative way, they’re free to do so. I’m no one to judge. “That would make a great owned pic” was just the first thing that popped into my head when I saw that moment in the series, that’s all. No disrespect to the series itself is intended or implied. If no one actually finds it humorous, I guess it belongs on a quake forum or something. I knew this would happen though. I love seeing people flame and beat others down over something so silly. |

That was great, although I do think its mean, that's hilarious. We can all take a joke right. I was thinking the same thing when I watched it. I think we need one of everyones face at the hospital as well. I love being cynical. :P |

I don't think its funny either, I believe that scene is quite emotional for a number of fans. They won't appreciate you making fun of it like that. The smilies at the bottom even make it seem more rude.
My 2 cents, sorry if I offended you.

Actually, "pwned" comes from the latest trend in "mispelling things in a cool way". Rather, it's a further development of "leet" speek.
English: "I owned you!" l33t: "Own3d!" l33t v2: "I put teh pwn on j00!!1" Here's a handy translator for to render normal English into l33t-speak (also called AOL speak). it'll give you some fundimentals: http://ssshotaru.homestead.com/files...ranslator.html For examaple: English: Kimi ga Nozomu Eien is a popular ero-game from the softhouse Age in Japan. The game is distinguished by a powerful story and one of the most advanced systems in the ero-game industry. l33t: KIMI GA NOZOMU EEIN IS A POPULAR 3RO-GME FROM DA SOFTHOUSE AEG IN JAPAN!11!1 LOL TEH GM3 IS DISTNGUISH3D BY A POWARFUL S2RY AND ON3 OF DA MOST ADVANC3D SYST3MS IN DA ERO-GMA INDUSTRY!1!!111! WTF
