Too many songs, but seen as most people have said many of my choices already I'll just send out a noble mention to the one piece I've listened to more than any other despite playing the game through to completion four times and listening to it more times than I can count outside the game.

Grandia 2's main battle music, "FIGHT!! Ver. 1". Ver 4 was awesome too, and 3 ruled, but 1 was just amazing. Iwadare's best track ever and the best RPG battle theme ever as far as I'm concerned.

Oh and another honourable mention to:

I listened to TM Revolution's "Ignited" for seriously 3 days in a row over and over until I learned the words. I can sing it perfectly now... only I don't sound as good.

After finishing Saikano, I've been listening to Hashi no Hate a LOT. I just can't get enough of the guitar melody in the beginning. ;_;

Music composed by Kajiura Yuki is also something I simply cannot get enough of even if I listened to the OST's for a month. Nonstop.

By the way, does anyone know of her next projects? Now that Mai Otome is finished and all. I hope she's composing the music for Tsubasa Chronicle Season 2!

Other worthy mentions:

Elfen Lied - Lilium
Fullmetal Alchemist - Tsuisou
Hikaru no Go - Kami no Itte
Noein - Both Karasu's themes, Mirai no Haruka
X TV - Sadame

All from Mizuki Nana, my current favourite is 真冬の観覧車(Ferris wheel in deep winter), which can gush my tears out when listen.

ED of Densha Otoko TV by Sambomaster, reflects how I feel.

More to come, as time and dug effort goes by.

I'd say for now:

Gundam SEED - Invoke
Tsubasa Chronicle - A song of storm and fire
Full Metal Panic - Tuatha De Danann (1st season)
Yorico - Daia No Hana (Black Cat opening, full version)
Byakuya - True Light (D.N. Angel opening, full version)
Elfen Lied - Lilium (Opening)
Lia - Tori No Uta (AIR opening, full version)
Mikuni Shimokawa - Tomorrow (Full Metal Panic 1st season opening, full version)
Full Metal Panic - Karenai Hana (1st season ending, full version)
Kotoko - Shooting Star (Onegai Teacher opening, full version)
Unicorn Table - Fly Away (Jinki: EXTEND opening, full version)
Gundam WING - White Reflection
Macross Plus - Myung Theme

Heh, actually i wrote down about 95% of my actuel "Anime song playlist"... :P

I think most people missed the small print in the first post:

Please describe why that song is good. I don't want lists of songs because that would go against the forum rules.
