Bitcomet with slow speed!

Ok i need help with my bitcomet, my bitcomet fast but sometimes very slow.
I always dl over 500 seed/peer file, However it still slow sometimes and my friend say tat i can get even better spd then 40kb

Infomation:

This the spd i most likely will get.

Fast spd: 40kb DL rate
Slow spd: 06Kb to 11kb DL rate

How to make my bitcomet spd up? This is all my setting for bitcomet:

GlobaL Max Download Rate no limit
GlobaL Max Upload Rate no limit

I heard that need to change Something to 80%, anyway this my spd test:

Unfortunately for you, it seems everything's working fine. The problem looks to be your connection, not your settings. Since the tests you did gave speeds of 36 and 27kB/s, you're lucky you get speeds of 40kB/s on occasion. The only thing you could do is set max upload to 8 or 9 kB/s and hope it'll help on some of the slower torrents. Other than that your only real option to get better speeds is getting a faster isp.

This is going to sound odd (for those that don't know already) - BitComet is probably the most despised BT client available, unless it's cleaned up its act considerably. Give uTorrent a shot (much smaller, lower memory footprint, and it's not as much of a bandwidth hog). I won't promise better results, but it's worth a shot.

Ok then, let's start from the begining. Set it back to unlimited for now.

Try testing your connection again, using the closest test server to your location. http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest?more=1 Make sure you don't have any downloads running and you're not using any other programs that eat bandwidth.

Also, did you install zonealarm recently? It's possible it's blocking bitcomet from connecting properly, though given the speeds you listed before, I didn't think so. Even if you didn't recently install za, you mentioned you updated bitcomet, so it's possible you have to set permissions for the new version. I don't use zonealarm, so I can't tell you how to do it, but you could check portforward.com to see if they have a guide.

Problem is definitely your line.
Either Upgrade it or stop trying to find an unknown solution.

The test that you said was from a far off country is actually a better test.
Since thats what bittorrent will be doing most of the time, contecting to far off places is a norm, especialy in your case.

Ok, with 27.94kB/s upload speed, you'll want to cap max upload in bc at about 21-23 kB/s. Then, try setting your number of upload slots to 3 and only downloading one torrent at a time. Also, try not to use other bandwidth intensive programs while downloading. I can't say for sure it'll help, but good luck. As was said, the problem is in your line. The only thing you can do is try to use the bandwidth you have as efficently as possible.

To be honest, while setting 80% of your max upload does certainly help, it's entirely possible to get, in my case, max dl speed of 150kb while setting to mininium upload speed of 1kb. Few other things you might want to consider is changing BT client to forementioned uTorrent or if your cpu can handle it, Azureus. Another thing to check for is swarm speed, having 1000seed and 1000peers isn't very useful if the average speed is only 3kb/s. Other reasons are if you're running other p2p or, for what reason, other BT clients at the same time, or having an active Internet connection (like playing a FPS online) or your internet is being shared. Also, make sure your ports for BT are not being firewalled by your router or computer.
