Old version of BitComet is better than the new?
I downloaded BitComet v.64 to replace the version I already have, v.56 because v.56 is too old and it won't download some files. but when I used it to download it was going incredibly SLOW! Talking 1kb/s! I used it to download other files and found out my old version is actually doing better than the new one! Old v: 17kb/s New v: 2kb/s. Why? Is it cause my computer is bad and it wasn't able to support the newer version?
Help me... |

What kind of connection do you have?
Post back with Results from this Site. http://www.dslreports.com/stest (Choose a server near you) Did you Portforward the ports you selected to use in BitComet's options? Purple All the clients are based on a simular Protocal... If he has problems with one, he'll probably have problems with others. |

However quite a few use bitComet .64.
I've never seen that many complaints with it... So its probably on his end. |
