As Morgri said image ready is used.. but before that...

To Capture the all the frames you can use.

-> Media Player Classic
-> BSplayer
or any other player that you can capture screenshots from.

-> or! VirtualDub.

VirtualDub is the Best, as it captures all the frames, but it takes longer.

Then you import them into a program, Crop them, border them, and change them with..

-> Imageready
-> Gimp (free ware)
-> Some other Program.

There is a fair bit of information on gif making in this thread and any other questions might be better asked over there. But I thought I just write a little bit as sometimes is easier to have a overview of things then do them, but next time you might want to read the first post of the thread ^^; it has the link there.

@ Daniel E Nice! work on the gifs! first time I started making gifs... they... were.. Crap!. The one you made are pretty good.

I fear I don't exactly get which is the precise sequence you're asking for, so a timeframe or a screencap would definitely help

@Daniel E. : nice work on your first gifs. I actually was planning to do that Rena sequence, but since you've done it already, I'll pass ^^ (I probably would have done it differently, by cropping closely to her face, to underline her total insanity more).
As for the other gifs, they're quite good. Except maybe for the one you're using as your avatar, since it looks a bit "shrinked", so I may suspect some source size troubles (or they just can be my eyes ^^). Also, flowing hairs do look a bit too fast, I'd set an higher time for the frames. Just some free suggestions anyway ^^

Simply Mion and Shion with a different background...

Well, I made this yesterday actually for my own use, but go ahead and use them if you want. They go together. :P This was also my first attempt at making animated gifs, so it's probably not very good.
