It worked fine for the first few days but then everytime i use the picture is pink and blue, kinda like black and white movies. Ive tried to reinstall and redownload but nothing is working right now.

Maybe some weird video filter got turned on? Try reinstalling, but during the uninstallation, check the box that says "Delete Preferences and Cache".

Also try using the latest nightly build. You can get them from http://nightlies.videolan.org. I use them and they seem to work just as well as final builds in most cases.
