Scarywater problems

Has scarywater been going down intermittently for past couple days? I'm seeing bunch of "0" on animesuki front page for the torrents that are tracked by scarywater.

Do you mean ep 9 of Suzumiya Haruhi? Seems fine to me, I have no problems accessing Scarywater. Sometimes the site does do down for a while but for me at this point in time it's fine.

All of a sudden, after years of having no problems with Bit Torrent in any way, I suddenly can't seem to download from the majority of torrents I get via AnimeSuki.

Some torrents work fine while others just spit up a "Problem connecting to tracker - <urlopen error (10061, 'Connection refused')>" message.

The only thing that seems to tie the non-working torrents together is that they're all hosted at Scarywater.

Does anyone know a reason why I wouldn't be able to use these Torrents? Is Scarywater having issues lately or something? I've never had any problems with the tracker before.

I can't seem to download anything from ayako fansub for some reason. Does anyone else have the same problem?

I'm only getting problems on certain torrents. [a.f.k.]Lucky Star 1-3 downloaded fine, but I'm getting timeouts or connection refused from 4 and 5. Likewise, [HgM]Ichigo Mashimaro OVA 01 is downloading fine, but I get timeouts on 02. I'm using Bittornado 0.3.17

EDIT: I waited a bit and tried again and now they're all working fine =P

Down ATM, but it was fine before, since my BitComet completed downloading ep 3 and 5-12 of Shuffle! memories in record time (minimum 30min, maximum was around 3hours).

yes I am having the same problem with 5 of their files, for the Love Love? series. If you look on the following direct link you can see that some of the scarywater files are working and others are not. http://a.scarywater.net/hell/ so hopefully they will get this fixed soon so we can all get back to watching our shows ^_^

I've been trying to download the nodame cantabile series, every time I click on the series it redirects me to a.scarywater.net but it always times out. I was wondering if the server was down?
I assume this is so as it was alright yesterday. Has anyone got any news?

Yes the site appears to be down at the moment, it happens sometimes. You will just have to wait until it recovers.

Probably down, I have the same problem. I've been trying all day to download Lucky Star 13, and it seems like several groups that usually use scarywater switched trackers today to avoid the issue [just a guess on that one].

Actually it's only the site that is down the tracker is still working (although the site has been down for almost 24 hours which is making me wonder if the site has been forcefully shut down by it's host (this is just theory though)
And for those groups that haven't changed trackers yet a quick run over to a torrent search site like isohunt should get you what you need (I had to do that yesterday just to get episode 13 of lucky star)

The tracker doesn't seem to be down. What is down is the web site. I wanted to dl some of the torrents there but can't. I can only finish the ones I dled before the web site going down.
