The story is better too, they are not just racing stupid AI cars, this time there's actually someone behind it (controlling it). So if you like racing/car anime, check this out, but don't bother with watching the series tho.

The series wasn't that bad. And this little 30 min featurette is packaged with the R1 movie.

I watched the series first, I thought it wasn't that good. This OVA is much better than the series imo.
