http://www.hlj.com/ (Japan) http://www.1999.co.jp/asp/index_e.asp?Bno=&Typ1_c=101 (Japan) Hobbylink Japan and hobbysearch carry most of the supplies you need like primer, putty, airbrushes, and other supplies. They also carry resin figure kits as well http://www.dixieart.com/ (USA) This great place to buy airbrushes and compressors especially if your in the USA http://www.best1hobby.com/ (USA) I usually get supplies from here when I can't wait for supplies to ship from Japan. They also great Mr. Hobby paint which is great for handbrushing and airbrushing( especially great for noobie modelers )Because I could probably fill up a few pages of info on figure modeling ,here are somes site that will help you get started:http://www.gkjapan.com/ http://www.hobbyfanatics.com/ http://www.e2046.com/ hope this will help you out !

you have any tips on white priming? every time i put a coat or two of white primer you can always still see through it ;-; when i use the spray can primers they always come out lumpy. when i use an airbrush it comes out good but it takes a whole lot of spraying.
and i love tamaki. she is definatley one of the hottest to heart characters. her voice actress is definately hot stuff. she melts me away listening to her i think it was in episode 2. the ichigo figures are nce too.

I usually takes a few coats depending on the primer your using. I use Duplicolor White Sandable Primer because it it covers the whole suface very well in a few coats(about 2-3 coats because its very opaque) and it is very smooth. You should be able to find it at a autostore. I also hear Tamiya Fine White Primer is excellent too, but I never used it before . I snap a pic earlier of a few more products I use for white base coats:

Other sites that take PayPal and ships to North America ?
EDIT : I might consider trying to do model kits (the one with Maya Ibuki at her computer) Is this hard ? I don't have experiences in this... Last edited by BaronNoir; 2006-06-26 at 07:57. |

. So many new figures come out and it's very hard to stop buying(well for me it is ). It's usually hard with doing your first figure but in time as you build more you get more experienced. So definately give it a try I finished another figure instead of finishing the T-system Nerine that I was working on. Next up will be 1/8 Saber(Fate/Stay Night) from Image-Z and 1/8 Asa Shigure(Shuffle) from Honey Studio My Gallery: http://www.gkjapan.com/gallery/brows...p?c=66&userid= Spoiler for 1/8 Mahoro:

Say, you got that Tamaki figure too. I say, it's the best! Doesn't she have the best view of her pantsu? ![]() And, I'm a big Tamaki-neechan fan. Dig through my posts in the To Heart2 anime thread ![]() And hi guys by the way. I know, it's been a long time, and I haven't been able to post pics of my figure collection. I'm still in Germany and my stuff is thousands of miles away but, not to worry, I may be away from home but that doesn't stop me from buying! Thanks to an internet connection in this hotel, I was able to buy a somewhat large amount of figures, gunpla, etc. Maybe I'll post a list of my purchases sometime....when I'm not sleepy ![]() By the way, nice work Gamera. I wanted to ask, how's the work on that 1/4 scale mitsuki bust? That RX-78 touching her rack was a nice service
