a good subtitle filter?

i was wondering if anyone has suggestions for a good subtitle filter for .ogg files...currently i'm using DirectVobSub 2.3, which is really unstable.

i tried downloading VSFilter 2.9 from a previous post but all the files came out corrupted.

This should work, though I have not tested it.
