Quick Reply using Macs

Im not sure if its the Mac settings here at my school or anything like that... but I was just wondering why it thinks I clicked the "reply with quote" button when I really clicked the "quick reply" button?...

Is it an issue with Macs or is an issue with the Macs at my school?

I'm using safari, and quick reply doesn't work for me...what's "go advanced" do, anyways? I haven't seen that button before.. after clicking "post quick reply", i got this message"Please click one of the Quick Reply icons in the posts above to activate Quick Reply."

...and once i clicked your quick reply button, all the text went bye-bye. Thankfully, copy and paste was handy .
