Mion probably originally thought Shion had hard evidence that Satoshi was really killed by the Sonozaki Family. If the Sonozaki family did kill Satoshi, he would be in the well. Shion's sudden attack scared and confused Mion. Mion began doubting herself about Oryou's words as Mion also originally thought Onibaba order the killing of Satoshi. As the days progressed Mion began to realize that this was all misunderstanding because of the Bluff. Mion isn't a very strong person. She does doubt herself a lot under that guise of being the Leader. ^^
