Ive seen the following:
Naruto (still goin)
Stellvia of the Universe
Get Backers (really good)
Scrapped Princess (also good)
Fullmetal Alchemist (still goin)
PLANTES (not crazy about it thus far)
Trigun (good)
and EVA (also good)
I recently finished Get Backers and thought it was great (lookin for something of the sort) , but im also lookin for UNLICENCED anime that is like any of the ones Ive seen above

Full metal panic, and the other full metal panic are good choices. But I would recommend watching One Piece, becuase it is a very good anime. And if that doesn't fit your bill the next and very best choice is Peace Maker Kurogane.

I've heard that new Mezzo TV compared to Get Backers quite a few times actually. I'm not too sure if I'll be checking it out though despite the fact that I'm a huge GB fan. I got enough stuff to watch lately, so I'l wait for reviews or whatever.
