Well, I think it's more the love love comparison. I don't think any touhou characters match up weith Fate. Komachi has a scythe so maybe in that respect, but she's also infamously lazy whereas Fate isn't.

Actually, Marisa and Alice's relationship isn't too far off from Nanoha and Fate's. Both fanbases have made one bashfully in love with the other, despite the creator's route.

Something in between if you ask me. It's all about the Class S.

In fact, I'll add Fate and Nanoha to it.

Only the design is on a whole new different level. If you ask me, Mai Otome costumes are UGLY.

And here's something to remember the good old loli days

Spoiler for loli underwear alert - you have been warned:

All-woman Nanoha. A fine specimen indeed.

I wish Nanoha's armor was just a little more streamlined. She thinks she's a fighter plane, so I'd like a sleeker look... get rid of the bow and make everything a bit lower-volume.

Her battle outfit says "I'm going to stand back here and punch holes in reality with my little weapon" (though the bow is a bit big)... her office outfit.... well it sucks but then most of the TSAB outfits are kind of bland sucky looking.

I like everything Fate and Nanoha wear ~nano.

My only problem is that I like Fate's personality better I don't think I'm compatible with Nanoha. Other than that, their cloth designs suit me just fine. I was especially happy with their office suits

My immediate reaction to that is, 'well, I'd expect work clothes to be pretty bland compared to battle costumes.'

What's an example of good-looking working clothes in your opinion?

well id say that shorter skirts are welcomed but in all seriousness the office outfit just doesnt show enough of nanoha's figure...she looks a bit too "straight" which isnt a good sign...also im a sucker for capes so i hope fate keeps hers!

Don't worry Nanoha, I'll marry you even if no one likes your office outfit. Then you and Fate can be my harem

I like her office attire and her barrier jacket. You just need to remember that she's supposed to have a modest figure. Arisa > Suzuka > Fate > Hayate > Nanoha is how it goes officially.

And the bow is big because it needs to be visibly damaged in near-miss attacks

I like how her barrier jacket looks because she's always struck me as more of an artillery peice. I mean, could you imagine if she went to do her new big attack and spikes shot out of RH and ploughed into the cement to keep her from being blown away? That's the type of thing I'd picture from Nanoha.

If Nanoha were a fighter craft type unit, I'd picture her doing a lot more flying around while firing big shots.

Of course, if we absolutely must compare them to tanks and jets and stuff.

Good point there. I remember the discussion on "magical attack recoil" on the StrikerS thread, so it would look totally badass if Nanoha had some "anchors" around her as she fires Gousatsu Excelion Crasher+++ or something.

Another good idea is to use those magical chainlinks that Yuuno used a lot in A's to Struggle Bind targets. If you've played Melty Blood and seen Sion's Black Barrel Replica special, then you'd get what I mean.

Wait, scratch that... here's a video:
Spoiler for a semi-offtopic video link:

And if we're on the topic of the cast as mobile weapons, I'd still make Nanoha a METEOR, or a SFreedom. Or even both.

The Dendrobium's not that bad either.

------------------

EDIT: And so not to make this post pointless, I present another StrikerS pic:

Adult Fate. Also known as MILFate to some.
TSAB-standard cloak and uniform comes with the set. Magical batteries not included.

And another one, just for kicks.

Gyakuten Nanoha?
(Or even, "Lyrical Wright: Beam Spam for All")

If anyone could TL the lower right title, it would be much appreciated. ^_^

I can't do the counter specials at all... I didn't even realize they had different animations, I thought they were just an instant use of the normal special-in-blood-heat.
Edit: Wait, I only play Re-ACT anyway, I don't even know.

When you talk about use of chains I just think of Arcueid's specials. Now if Yuuno could do something like that...
