Well, I absolutely loved Scrapped Princess so I was wondering if there was any similar anime which had the fantasy/adventure/mecha/drama thing going on. Preferrably with great action scenes and a little comedy, but it doesn't necessarily have to have either.

The only thing I can think of is Escaflowne the series as of right now. Maybe others can suggest more anime with those themes.

Somehow Full Metal Alchemist reminds me of Scrapped Princess, esp in terms of the animation and the way the characters are depicted. I've dropped FMA now cos it's not exactly my cup of tea...but it's definitely worth trying.

I know what u mean the magic used in Scrapped Princess is so similar to what Fullmetal Alchemist uses. I recommend the series to anyone who hasn't seen it..
I can't wait till the next episode comes out

Ah, thank you thank you! I haven't seen most of escaflowne and I'd forgotten about it, so I'm gonna try that. About FMA, I'm following that right now. I agree about the animation, it's great and similar to the scenes in Scrapped Princess. I love the studio ^^ that worked on these 2.
