I have constantly staggering speeds with bittorrent (usually 1-3k). I'm running a cable connection. I'm behind a router but have all the necessary ports for Bittorrent forwarded. Can anyone help me out?

yeah i have the same problem with my dsl, every once in a while i get a good download rate but no more than 50(only happened twice), but usually it is 2-6kb/s
