Well... the title describes it all. I have it set to a max upload rate of 240 KB/s, higher then it has ever uploaded(essentially, it's unlimited for my comp), and yet, recently, I can't upload a single KB.... Any help?

help us out with a bit more info. Lets start with what program are you talking about?

Standard bittorrent... wait.. nevermind... it just started working correctly....
