First pic is the original, i tried using sharpen in GIMP to clear up the bluriness on the text. I had to go really light because if i used too much sharpen weird black marks started appearing on the pic. What do you guys think?

Yeah-
I like the top one. Keep it dark. The other marks are too distracting in the lightened one.
Also... Right Eye Red, desu.

It's a cosplay image. It was suppose to be Gin, I think, but Lost Desu-ized it.
