Peeked at the beginning of Yoigoshi and holy smokes it looks wild. Shame we can't get the clues through text messaging though, that would be fun!

A light novel written by Ryukishi07. Shares the same world settings as Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, yet the timeline is not determined. Probably just a parallel world. Turing into a manga soon.

The story takes place in a junior high school, Tanashi Miyoko is in 3rd year. Considering the actions she took in the novel, and from Kai's TIPS # 38,48,49, it's very likely that she is Takano Miyo. Takano Miyo is indeed the name that Tanashi Miyoko changed to, to show that she's the sucessor of Takano Hifumi.

However, despite all that, certain things don't check. Tanashi Miyoko does have a grandfather, but the key person "Takano Hifumi" was never mentioned once in the whole novel. Also it doesn't make sense why she is in Shishibonoshi at that time. Also, it's not known what her future plans are (after graduation). From Minagoroshi, the normal Tanashi Miyoko would most likely just move on to University without getting a medical licence. However, without that, it would be impossible to land her position and job in both the SDF and the Irie Institite.

I really like how it has that sort of "shoujo" feel to it.

Natsumi is like the cutest character ever. It's almost a shame this is Higurashi.. >_>

Chapter two almost lets you forget and then bam!! Brings you right back home. Somewhere PETA is crying no doubt.

(Incidentally, I think I'm also becoming a Chisato maniac. She just seems so different from your typical manga females..)

Hello,
Is there a store/site that i could buy from/download from all the "Higurashi no Naku koro ni" manga in english? ("Question" arc and the "Answer" arc).

and as i understood there is an order that wich is best way to read the manga is this the the best order? Onikakushi -> Watanagashi -> Tatarigoroshi -> Himatsubushi -> Meakashi -> Tsumihoroboshi -> Yoigoshi -> Onisarashi?

No, there isn't any Higurashi Manga in english yet, except the scanlations.

in my own eyes, i would put Yoigoshi and Onisarashi just after Himatsubushi (they are more like Question arc than answer arcs, though Onisarashu might answer slightly Onikakushi)

and thank you for your advice , i was not sure about the order but it seems you know about the manga so if i get the manga in english i will probably read it as you said. ( i am learning Japanese but i am only in the basic stuff )
