It was the very first one I tried to do! But trying to make it animated was a nightmare, and I ended up rejecting it (due to piss-poor graphic quality). If you see the URLs in my posted Ep03 avatars, you will notice that they start from "Kagami02" and not "Kagami01".

I don't usually do static avatars unless I am really compelled to. In Ep03's case, it was "Ponytail Kagami" that prodded me into making one, because PONYTAILS ARE WIN.

Okay! I discovered that I already own ImageReady, and someone mentioned cheerleaders! I know Miyuki rules, but she has competition in the "pink-haired moe" field. So here's my first attempt at animating a sig, for whoever likes:


Sorry the action is kind of jerky. In order to meet the size requirements I had to drop frames like crazy, it looked a lot better when it was a 110K file. Dropping the colors to 128 looked like poo too, with all the subtle shading going on in the background. If any of you experienced avatar-makers would like to give me some advice on improving this, I'd be glad for it. ::chucklez:: Advice other than "do something without that much freakin' motion", that is.
