I'm trying to download from ILA's server but i keep geting the message in dcc that 'connection closing in 30 seconds'.

It's as if there is a 60 second timer and whenever i don't type anything in the channel it assumes i'm idle and disconnects me.

Can anyone help?

That is supposed to happen. DCC Chat is meant to be a temporary connection on fserves. You are not supposed to keep the dcc chat window stay open. As long as you are on the channel, it is fine.
