I know for a fact after 11 episodes it won't appear in the new series, though i'll still be praying for it to happen in the future.

Y'know, someone could easily use the Martial Arts Tournament as the basis for a movie length episode or a mini series.

where can i download the Summer and Spring OVAs, and also the 3 ovas before the first season?

The first series is named Mahou Sensei Negima!. There also is another series called Negima!? (the "!?" is part of the title). The second series has nothing to do with the first series, as it is a totally different take on the characters, and even the story is very different. Its not a sequel or anything.

Unfortunatly, both series and the OVAs have been licenced, so you can't talk about downloading them here.

Like Mdauben says... plus I really strongly recommend you read the forum rules -- they are enforced.

Animesuki has a database of what is licensed to the best of their knowledge -- check it out before asking about a series. Unfortunately, the way the forum is set up - the extremely popular/noisy series (like Negima franchise, which get their own subforums) are not put under the "Licensed" section.
So you just have to do a bit of homework sometimes.

Mahou sensei Negima is made by a different company than Negima!? but also it mostly follows more the events in the manga, whilst Negima!? doesn't. It has more of a random storyline.
