sumomomo momomo lol beginning eps was pretty funny. I stopped watching after awhile though but its really good at beginning.

Amaenaide Yo and its sequel were quite ecchi.

Inukami was quite ecchi at times, though a lot of it involved elephants, so it's not to everybody's tastes.

Chobits is another that was quite ecchi at times. Very similar to DearS, mentioned above. Just an android instead of an alien. I adore both series.

Other stuff off the top of my head has already been mentioned. I'm not terribly in to ecchi so I don't have a whole hellova lot of it. Lots of good titles in this thread, though.
