Yukimura is kind of sudden and somewhat one-sided. Nevermind the BL fantasy she was wishing, she should keep in mind that she's still a girl.

He taught her to swim, doesn't fall for her ojou-sama bullshit and never coddles her even when Yozora is being particularly nasty. He's always the first she turns to for just about anything.

Sena's also most comfortable talking with Kodaka. That subtle tummy-out during their short time at the swimming resort back on Season 1 demonstrates that.

If Rika's in the lead, then Sena should be in second. I still think that Yukimura's actions are erratic, so I wouldn't consider her in the running.

That's why I sorta consider it OOC. Yeah Yukimura has feelings for him bit I don't feel she would basically molest him lol. Actually I don't think any if the girls would.

Even though Kodaka did basically accept Yukimura, it seems to me that he was in shock so he just accepted. (It's my last sliver of hope lol)

Does anybody have any more news about how Sena and Yozoea became friends?
All I know is Sena went off on her class (I think) and then Yozora became her friend.

Anyone know any details?

Pretty damn lame imo. It's a shame really kinda pissed me off that THAT'S how Yozora became "cured" so stupid totally negates the fact that Yozora has all those issues in the previous volumes.

I think I understand now why Kodaka used the word "heavy" to describe his feelings for Yozora. It seems like Yozora has been dumping everything on Kodaka like how Tsubasa Hanekawa in Bakemonogatari creates oddities from disposing of the aspects of her identity that she doesn't want to show to others. (How ironic that Yozora also likes cats.

) Kodaka ends up carrying all those dead weight because he simply doesn't want to lose any more friends.

Also, I feel that this is the reason why he was attracted to Yukimura. She's simply someone who doesn't want Kodaka to shoulder any more burdens, partially due to her servitory personality, and Kodaka felt solace in Yukimura compared to the other girls.

And wow, that short but decisive conversation between Kodaka and Yozora.

To be fair, if the author treated Yozora's issues realistically, she'd be in therapy for years.

Moving on, I think I agree on that. Without the additional luggage like in Sena and Yozora, he was able to appreciate Yukimura more.

But now I'm starting to feel bad for Rika. Sure, she got a friend in Kodaka, but Yukimura doesn't see her as a friend and the rest of the club doesn't really care that much about making friends.

Not necessarily. Last I heard, Japanese society wasn't too big on therapy and the like.

I don't, Kodaka realized he was in love with Rika right before Yukimura confessed and he "agreed" to date her. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if the epilogue has Kodaka and Yukimura break up only to have Rika end up being the end girl. MY money sais the epilogue will be Kodaka ends up marrying Rika only to have her either die for whatever reason or divorce and Kodaka ends up marrying Sena. The author probably wants to fuck this story up as much as possible.
