Borderline rape? Well, certainly double standard... except in the case of Snow white, also, Shoujo as of today.

As for why, the girl always ask for responsibility... the guy didn't, except played for laughs.

@ Senpai - Why are first kisses so important in anime? Also, does any lip contact with anyone immediately mean you lost it even though it was an accident?

Because the real life stigma?

Two camp about that, some said yes, others said no. Usually, it's the victim or accidental perpetrator that said "it doesn't count". CPR and accidental kiss came into that sort of argument.

I'm in the "doesn't count" camp BTW

So even if you trip and fall and lip lock by accident, some people will count it?

Yes, some of them will. Majority or not really depending on the tone of show.

@ Senpai - Is there a stigma for Christmas Cakes or something? I can't tell if the term is derogatory or just a namesake.

It's an old derogatory stigma that has been lessened these day, but still in effect. As I said, the Japanese woman's lifestyle choice at the age of 25 is only two: Family or career.

However, unlike in the past, it's not rare to see woman married at the age of 30+. They still paranoid about not getting good men though, as well as betting their pride as successful career woman while seeking for a life companion. It's actually a recurring theme in some seinen and josei manga

I don't think so... as you said she doesn't even look that old, probably in her early twenties.

Need to get timeline straight. If Autumn's in her early twenties, and the camp scene was about 7-8 years ago, would that make her 17-18 in the flashback?

@ Senpai - Would this make it a case of intergenerational enemies? Autumn's abour 10 years older than Irish.

@ Demi

After much consideration I've come to this new concept:

[Silver Bell Refined Version 3], or simply called Silver Bell 3 is an equalizer system used to emulate Silver Gospel's offensive an propulsion system. The system as a whole has been refined and simplified for ease of use. It's much more compact, and it's mass alone has been reduced by at the least 45%.

The plasma gunbarrel has been reduced from 36 to merely 18, but with improved system that increase accuracy and mounting, allowing the barrels to shot enemy in the forward of the unit without turning off the booster system. It's 18 Multi-environment engine can switch between atmospheric, space and underwater use, and flexible enough to be used as replacement for vernier system to increase the unit's mobility.

While overall it has inferior performance, the cost, simplicity and reliability making it overall an improvement over the original platform. It also can be used as handheld attachment.

@ Eras

Yes, it is.

@ Senpai - Found out something: Yuki seems to be Tabane's adopted mother and doesn't call her "Mama" because she doesn't think she's "worthy" enough to do it. Looks like Tabane's actually capable of showing empathy.

@ Rain - What's up?
