It's link to an original content, so there should be no problem with it, he didn't link any of translations' place after all.

Comic Walker is okay. As was mentioned above, it's a publisher-owned site, namely Kadokawa, and hosts both Japanese and official English-translated manga.

But the furthest progress is in the WN, I think as long as the WN is still available it should be put in WN section
