Ise arrives at where his friends were fighting the Hero-faction. Ise then shouts his return.

Ise: Hyodou Issei have returned now!

Ise was thinking that everyone will welcome him back. But they just stood there astonished. Ddraig then says....

Ddraig: Maybe they don't recognise that it's you?

Ise then takes the mask of his armour of and say another thing.

Ise: Hmmmmm Oppai! I have returned by riding on Great Red!

When he said that.....

Rias: Ise!
Asia: Ise-san!
Akeno: Ise-kun!
Kiba: Ise-kun!
Koneko: Ise-senpai!
Zenovia: Ise!
Irina: Ise-kun!
Rossweisse: Is that you Ise-kun!?
Sona: Hyoudou-kun!
Saji: You were alive Hyoudou!?

-Azazel resigns his post. Shemhaza becomes the Governor of Grigori while Barakiel becomes the Vice-Govenor.
-Akeno uses her new power which allows her to turn into a fallen angel. She has 6 fallen-angel wings.
-Gasper overwhelms and beats Georg with his secret power which ISNT his sacred gear. The power is unknown but Rias suspects that it must be a reason why his family abandoned him.
-After Ise beats Cao Cao other guys came (vali, Sairaorg, Kiba). Vali was saying that he is the one who is allowed to fight and defeat Ise. Cao Cao says he wants to. Sairaorg says that it is his job. So Ise became depressed because he became popular with guys.
-Everyone makes a date with Ise. Even Azazel, Kiba and Gasper.
-Also people in Top 10 in Rating game doesnt mean they are Ultimate-class devils. Raiser's brother was in Top-10 before but he is still a High-class devil. Though he is rumored to become a Ultimate-class soon.
-Ise, Akeno and Kiba all became Mid-class devil.

thanx n0m@n, BTW is Ise can perfectly master CCQ that time? or is he isn't used to his new body yet?

basically vol 13 is Ise date with everyone and maybe some prologue of prologue to arc 4?

Ophis did smile but there was no hug.

I have my camera but I need to find the charger to charge the battery. It should be in my room.

n0m@n then sorry if I ask this thing...but when Ophis smile she does say what she say in the spoiler or not (just curios about this).
Also because several day have passed between vol 11 and 12 don't this mean that Rias and the other say to Ise parent that he was death? because if this is the case how they will explain Ise return. And i take Ise new body is the same a his old one in appareance.
