Well as a manga reader the first half of this adaptation was really bad but as I said before the series suddenly improved a little bit. There are some flaws like the rushing, mixing chapters of the manga and some voices didn't even fit their characters.
Overall is just below average, 3.5/10. |

Jokes are one trick pony, I fail to see how good people seems to think this is.
Read the manga and once you get the modus operandi of the author then you know what to expect from the manga. Only the principal saved the anime and I like her for it. On the other hand whoever thinks Iincho is best girl material need to check their brain, cheap drama queens are the worst and she isn't even a good source for comedy. |

Well I enjoyed that final.
It was interesting how they twisted your expectations of the narrative flow a few times, and there was a nice mix of romance based drama and comady as well. While I don't think Toradora in any risk of losing its crown, this show was a nice unoffensives piece of fun to watch and while unadventurous, it's plot was fully formed and well written. So I'm giving it a B overall for doing what it set out to do and being fun to watch. On a plot related note, do vampires in this setting eventually turn into giants?! |

2.5 is the max Im giving to this adaption(with 1 point for the op), though the manga deserves a solid 9.5/10 regarding comedy.
Should not get a second season imo, it does not work well given how it plays in the manga.

oh well... It appears that they use an original anime episode to end this
I don't read the manga so I could say that I enjoyed this adaptation even though the ending is too rushed Since they put an open ending and this series actually improved a lot, I hoped faintly for a season 2 It feels too bad that there is no single conclusion in the end. Should expand the last episode into two episodes though since Youko's dad is another comedy material |

- A giant father and a normal mother, despite the fact that he was normal size when he was young.
- Ridiculous misunderstanding. - Akane & sensei antics.(Akane for best character of this show). And a little bit of romance tease but as expected with these shows, nothing conclusive. This ep was the perfect representation of Jitsu wa. For an anime that didn't show any intention of breaking the mold it was surprisingly enjoyable for what it is. I'd watch a 2nd season though let's be honest here, we're not getting one. Might read the manga one day though. |
