Zenkichi's been told over and over that he'll never be good enough to be beside her.He wanted to protect her from negativity and emotional harm, but Medaka's proven that she doesn't need his protection as she overcame and defeated Misogi on her own.

Can you imagine how Medaka would react if he left because he feels like he's not needed? I'd love to see this, Zenkichi ditching Medaka and trying to find a new purpose by Ajimu's side. How could Medaka try and convince Zenkichi that she needs him without going against her morals and without re-iterating the fact that she doesn't actually need him.

This would be so awesome.....if it happened.

Considering whats constantly happened with his character so far, I'm not willing to make any bets at all on him ever deciding he doesn't need to be glued to Medaka anymore. Either way, Ajimu is probably the only one that can pull it off now.

Interesting: She call herself, 人外, which means "a person, who is not treated as human", so maybe she suffered quite a lot in her past.

Oh and then there is her plan. Like it was already said, Ajimu knows that she can´t defeat the "Main character" so comes up with the diabolic plan... to wait until Medaka has graduated and THEN continuing the Flask plan...

... Okay... That is clever... Not fair, but clever...

Also, Zenkichi get some points in this chapter for seeing through Ajimu´s act。

And seriously... Was Kumagawa always such a shota?

I love her. Clearly Kumagawa was the one influenced by her when he made plans that went against shounen logic. That was a curve ball I was not expecting lmao.

So she was the founder of the school and was probably the founder of the flask plan as well? Considering this makes Ajimu literally "The Beginning" I could actually see this being the last arc of the manga unless Nishio develops or hints at another antagonist like he has done in the previous arcs before this one.

To clarify things, Kumagawa said himself that he sealed the "existence" of Ajimu with his "Booky Maker" ability. This is the most likely explanation for why Medaka/Zenkichi don't remember her.

I'd say that halfway through this next arc Nisio sets things up so that it looks a new antagonist is going to come in after Ajimu but then it turns out Ajimu herself set that guy up to get an element of surprise on Medaka and the gang so she can pull out her final trump card. That or the next arc is about Medaka not being the actual main character but really Zenkichi or something.

As for Ajimu herself, any other raw readers reading her lines in Hitei-hime's voice now that she's got white hair?

In my opinion, the difference between "Plus" and "Minus" is this:

"Plus" abnormalities are internal, the improbable things happen inside the body of them: They have better reflexes or can recieve electromagnetic waves.

"Minus" abnormalities are external, the improbable/impossible things happen around them: Old wounds open themselves or something ceases to exist.

Also, I would say, that Kumagawa´s Bookmaker, Gagamaru´s Encounter and Zenkichi´s Parasite Seeing an entire different class are: Their abnormalities connect their bodies (internal) with others (external).

Thanks from what we know through the manga, it seems that they ability work in this way you said.
regarding parasite seening make sense to put in that description, but I think there's more.
In addition to allowing you to see through others eyes parasite seening allows you to see how they see the world that makes you feel their feelings and what makes them suffer.
The perfect example is Mukae if you think about how Zen acted on this 2 page .

Which (as I said in another post) makes me think that the only way to stop her it's to solve the problem that made her decide to create the Flash plan in the first place and the only one who seems to have what it takes to understand her is Zen .
That is, he made friends with people who seemed impossible to like Shirunai, Mukea and Munakata therefore is the only one who can do something like that especially with Parasite Seeing with him.
The only problem is ... Parasite Seeing can work despite life Zero or life zero may even block Parasite Seeing ?
Anyway, I'm sure it will be a Zen to change Ajimu's mind and solving the problem that make her create this project.

This was the first thing that puzzles me.
I could not understand why she not already taken them back afterall the elections are over.
It seems that she is expecting something leaving parasite Seeing to Zen.
Maybe she expected that Zen seeing through her vision of the world he teams up with her and as we know it would be bad for Medaka.
Thas why I said it would be ironic if Zen uses them to understand her and do the same thing he did with Mukea.

Did anyone notice that kumagawas bookmark are not consistent with the other minuses seen.
scar dead- open old wound physical and mentally. INCLUDING materials.
encounter-pushes stress and damage onto other people. INCLUDING materials.
bookmaker-puts them on same level as him physically and mentally. no affect seen on materials. and he need to have contact to use it.

my theory is in the future, we will see that he can bring materials down to his level. for example a advanced book on economics would be brought down to his level so that he could understand it. Imagine the possibilities.


when there was abnormals people tried to find a way to make zen one, then when minus came they tried to see if he was a type of minus, I think i know what will happen now.
I like zen because he is normal in a crazy world, i though thats what other people liked about him too. but they want him to be some...something.

the abilities seem pretty accurate to the title not equal. none of these abilities are "fair" they take away what makes all people "equal".

Everybody dies making people equal, but not her.
Cant be everywhere at once people are equal in that sense, but no her she anywhere at anytime.
We all have the chance to at least try to do things by using our ability's, she prevents that from happening.
nobody really knows how the other truly views the world we are equal in our lack of full understanding for one another, yet again not her.

Well, the student council decides to look after worthy successors. There are 600 applicants, but after Kumagawa trolled them and a little fighting, only five people were left.

Then Najimi comes and explains, that under this 5 people is one of her people!

So, we have a dungeon arc, a tournament arc and now... a "capture-the-traitor"-arc? Hey, this manga won´t try to become intelligent right now, will it?

By the way: Kumagawa wears his old gakuran again. He couldn´t stand the partner look with Zenkichi. XDD

Honestly, I was thinking the same thing after reading chapter 92.
Also after reading chapter 92 I was thinking of something that could have happened.

With this chapter we have confirmation that both medaka and Zen forgot about Ajimu and I must say it made me think .. medaka recalls the first meeting she had with Zen to hospital but Zen no. What I was thinking is .. Zen is not the type to forget his first encounter with a friend especially if is Medaka so I thought and if Zen met Ajimu during that day before Medaka?
would be ironic if medaka met Kumagawa first and then Zen when Zen first met Ajimu and then medaka, and if this were the case what made both Zen and Medaka forget about Ajimu has made Zen forget about that fateful day at the hospital .
