This is from the English version of Hyperdimension Game Neptune. Btw, Watch 2.55-3.57, and at 7.30+ (maybe 10.05 too).

Obviously they are talking about Azunyan. And that "she doesn't have any friends" pretty alludes much to Azunyan's situation after the other 4 girls' graduation, and Azunyan has a RED guitar . And the guitar manufacture is true : the Fender Mustang is an out-of-print guitar that exist from the late 1970s to 1980s.

AND LOL AT THE LASTATION COFFEE TIME BAND!!!

Still, I don't mind Noire/Azunyan dressing up as one another.

Looking at the character biography, none of the girls are flat Yui's figure is average, but her bust is a bit small (also remember in the maid cafe chapter / episode where she felt the dress was tight around the chest). Ritsu's was described as "small" but not flat

I believe Azusa's will eventually grow too
