I would say that with regard to the Workshop Witches, yes they would be considered as 'lawful' or at least certainly more 'lawful' than 'chaotic'.

Kagari? Not so much on the 'lawful' side either. This is of course under the presumption that D&D ethical/moral alignments are not absolute in describing characters. In fact, such alignments are really on a scale, and that in theory characters are closer to some alignments than others. All it takes is a bad day for a 'lawful good' person to become 'chaotic good'.

So yes, Kagari wouldn't be 'lawful', and as we can see she's willing to break the rules or bend them depending on their circumstances.

Importance of Honoka's white stuff should be taken into account. If destroying the whole city, with no lives lost, is enough to save the world - it is a small price, and fits "Lawful" pretty well.

Let the whole world burn for the sake of a city, or let an entire city burn for the sake of the world?

Ok, back to the reason Honoka is worth guarding in the first place - Did 'Six' tell the Tower witches that when he was close to Kagari, she had access to 'an infinite amount of power' or something like that? Just who or what is this guy? Looks like he may be a power source that only works in tandem with someone else, hence his lack of individual strength, since having all that power AND being able to use it would make him the definition of OP. I guess we'll see..... She's able to teach him some magic, so he seems to be able to tap into his energy store, but if he ends up being able to actually channel his own power - look out!

Some shaky CGI, but here's where this seasons best anime shows you just why.

Vermillion was great, but what was with Medusas voice? It should be deep, scary and with echos! With Seyuu like Houko Kuwashima or so, not something so... normal.

heh. I can't picture Kuwashima playing a witch after hearing her as a fox deity this season.

Oh, You are right, but Medusa would make nice contrast with Uka. Anyway does anyone know who was her Seyuu? It's quite familiar voice.

Looks like Miyuki Sawashiro plays Medusa. She's a quite popular seiyuu.

It was Myukichi? I didn't realised at all. She is great Seyuu, but this role doesn't suit her a much (that's acutaly first time I thought that about her out of ALL roles she ever had).
