This is most likely obnoxious gravedigging (and sorry if it is >.<) but does any here have the Higurashi Jan mahjong game and know how to unlock the BGM / Sound Test room? I've completed the normal Oyashiro Mode, Club Mode, the not-gory story mode and the story mode with the Day 1, Day 2 etc slides, but it's still not open, as well as some movies and CGs being missing >.<; also, I heard there was a super-hard Oyashiro Mode, but where exactly is that? Whenever I pick it, it just lets me choose who to challenge first...

After a quick read through, this seems like a gigantic 07th Expansion fighting game, akin to Higurashi Daybreak. In terms of details, I have no idea, but it seems odd that it uses the old pictures from the Visual Novels to describe it. This doesn't appear to be more than a teaser site for now.

Me too! Hopefully there will be nendoroids and figma.

More plushies would be nice too, though I've yet to get one and I really wanted a plush Rena.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get an English/English subbed version of the Higurashi Matsuri game? (Matsuri Kakera Asobi if possible, but either would be great!)
I've been searching for a while, but can't find anything. Even a PC version with a patch of some sort would be good. (Of course, I'd prefer to buy the game legally).

Can anyone help with this at all?

No official released version of Matsuri nor Kizuna arcs. I'm pretty sure nobody even released anything unofficial for it either. The problem with translating Matsuri is that, since it's a PS2 game, it is incredibly difficult to edit it to English right off the disc. Someone will have to backport and recreate the entirety of Matsuri onto the PC, and nobody really has the time to do that single-handedly.

Thanks for the reply! I thought that would probably be the case, though.
I have seen images with English subbing, but I presume it was the image itself that was altered, rather than it being a screenshot of a subbed game.

pretty much sold out everywhere... anyone selling any here or know a place?

My best advice is to hope you spot it at a con, just don't make it the focus of your trip there. First time I went to an anime con I wanted to find higurashi stuff. Found one figure of chie I didnt really want. Next time I resolve myself not to look only for higurashi and I end up finding the dvd box set and about a dozen kinds of figures >.> Infact, I'm pretty sure I saw the ones your looking for at the con I was at yesterday
