Spoiler for :

First:
(Level) 1 - 20-30% increase on all stats.
2 - I believe it was allows body to surpass its limits including on recovery speed.
3 - Stores mana over a period of time for a massive boost at a critical moment.

Second:
1 - Share a skill with allies, be able to perceive direct surroundings without actually using any of your senses
2 - Same but better.
3 - Can specifically choose different skills go to which allies I think? He very rarely uses the damn skill for anything other than the perception side effect.

Third:
1 - Mentally attacks someone allowing the user to lightly influence them. For example it allowed a bunch of people with trauma toward the Seventh to see a ghost of the Seventh behind Lyle. Can also be used for defense which is actually what Lyle mostly uses it for.
2 - Creates an extremely realistic illusion of the user. Pretty sure Lyle hasn't actually earned how to do this yet since he never has done it.
3 - Dunno.

Fourth:
1 - Speed increase by like 20%. Can also be used on vehicles.
2 - Increase self speed and decrease enemy's speed.
3 - This one never got a proper explanation, but it seems to speed up the user greatly and greatly reduce speed of everything else in a wide area around the user.

Fifth:
1 - 2D map.
2 - 3D map.
3 - Able to remote view areas on map. Google maps the skill.

Sixth:
1 - Shows where traps and treasure is in dungeons and can determine if a life form is an ally, neutral, or enemy.
2 - Same as above but more detail. Can read light emotions from enemies and other stuff that doens't come into too much play.
3 - Even more information to the point Lyle gets a headache and just has Monica process the info for him. Can do things like accurately show the target's line of sight, see through stealth, and other stuff.

Seventh:
1 - Item box. Can store a lot of shit.
2 - Can teleport a small distance, costs a ton of mana.
3 - Dunno. As the first two were used by Grampa to basically stealth bomb forts like a terrorist, this one was probably was too.

Lyle:
1 - More experience.
2 - Allows him to form a connection through a deep kiss where he can readily share information like sight, hearing, whatever you can share. The Valkyries and Monica are permanently connected to this, but it normally has a time limit. It allows Lyle to have a constant information network.
3 - Not revealed yet but really overpowered and can only be used once. Likely has to do with "Past Experience".

Novem: As far as it's shown in story, Novem has no Skill.

Aria:
1 - Short but extreme burst of speed.
2 - Hasn't been properly explained, but it seems to be a further increase on top of it. This speed allows her to barely overtake the Fourth's 3rd level skill.
3 - Hasn't got it yet.

Miranda:
1 - Allows her to create wires from her fingers that she can use to freely cut things up or tie things up.
2 - Allows her to create a powerful web at a location that is extremely sturdy to the point a land dragon can't get out of it.
3 - Allows her to recreate a frame with her wires. An example is she creates a dagger with a wire attached, uses it to stab through flaming armor (that burned her normal wires up) and was able to pull the wire attached to the dagger to fling the corpse out of the way.

Shannon: Her skill doesn't seem to have levels or different grades. She can see mana and manipulate it. Milleia used these eyes to greatly increase the mana flow in her body, increasing physical capabilities greatly. Shannon, however, is lazy and doesn't seem to try to ever learn this.

Clara: I don't remember Clara's too clearly, so I might be inaccurate.
1 - Can instantly read any book. Doesn't like it.
2 - Can replicate a book she's read. Can set a time limit, the maximum limit being until her death.
3 - Can enter a trance to perfectly convey the information of any book she's read. As she enters a trance, this skill is purely for use by others and not so much helpful to her.

Monica: Being an android, she has no Skill. She is, however, a very capable engineer and many other things. Like hiding a giant warhammer up her skirt somehow. A mystery, that.

Eva: I don't remember hers too clearly either. They rarely get used since she herself doesn't like them.
1 - Can make her voice louder?
2 - Can make some sort of music but she doesn't like it.
3 - Some sort of skill that can raise the voice of a speaker (Lyle, in this case) to make his words be a lot more trustworthy. Basically brainwashing, but not too hard to resist. Good for public speeches.

May: Technically has no skills, but she does have two interesting moves.
As a Qilin, she can turn human. In human form, she's weaker but can summon her horns to use as weapons. Mainly uses purple lightning in Qilin form.
She has a technique where she can do a halfway merge between Qilin form and human form, where she's immensely stronger. She basically looks like a mature woman (she normally looks fairly young) with Qilin scales and horns.

Vela: As far as I know, she has no skill.

Gracia: Hers never goes in depth, but it's a skill that allows her to use massive AoE blue fire magic. Can also create a giant fire golem.

Elza: Same as above, but with ice.

Ludmila: Dunno.

Lianna: Has mind-related skills but it isn't said what they exactly do, I believe. Their names were revealed but I forgot them.

Maleena:
1 - Becomes slightly beastlike, increases combat stats.
2 - Same as above, more beastlike and loses her reason.
3 - Has to use the second tier and get her ass handed to her to use this one. It's basically like May's adult form, but werewolf woman. Immense fighting powers (but weaker than May's).

Selma (yes she got added to the harem): None as far as I know.

There's other characters as well like Maxim-onii-san (Sand manipulation skill), and Tanya (Gravity skill), but going over literally everyone is a pain in the ass.

There isn't an outright strongest in all likelihood, as most of them would shine more in different scenarios. Novem might be compositely the strongest?

She's probably the best caster in the harem, but Gracia and Elza have better AoE, she can definitely hold her own in melee but likely falls behind Aria, can do paperwork very well (this is a surprisingly limited skill in the harem), gathers information decently but worse than Miranda or Eva, isn't very good at commanding soldiers (since Novem is generally considered creepy by normal people and really only cares about Lyle staying alive, meaning dead soldiers aren't very helpful in commanding). This is of course assuming Novem still isn't hiding some of her ability, again.

At the very least, Milleia said Novem was stronger than Miranda (who compositely is close to matching Novem). The main differences between Novem and Miranda is Miranda is slightly better at melee but not enough to make a difference, quite a bit worse at magic but still good at it, a much better commander, better at gathering info and doing sneaky stuff, and has overall better people skills because Miranda knows how to not be creepy and can actually do a little manipulating if she needs to. Otherwise they're the same in a lot of categories.

Personally, I'd say May/Novem/Monica would be the decent contenders for strongest, although each depend on the scenario. Aria herself is pretty strong as shown in Aria vs Lyle Round 2, but Aria is scared of Miranda despite probably being quite a bit better fighter than her. Then again, Aria is one of the few people in the harem with a good conscience, so that would just get used against her.

Ludmila was also perfectly willing to take on Gracia and Elza in a 1v2 (although it didn't happen), but we never actually see her fight anything, either...

And of course Lianna is would probably rip any of the girls apart in a pure political match.

In short, just agree that Mr. Lyle is the strongest. Or Celes, because she kinda is.

I know, but things have changed a lot since then. It was before Novem's reveal (the first one, anyway), before Monica's upgrade, before May's 'I can fuck up dragon slayers' reveal, etc. The only one of those still accurate is Shannon, because Shannon hasn't gained an ounce of fighting ability since then. She has learned to read, though. That's something?

And I've even started doubting the author plans on keeping some of those questions consistent. He lists Aria as an E in a certain question, but was trying to decide 'whether to make Aria a D or an F' in a recent chapter comment (not an ancestor one). There wasn't anything relevant to it in the chapter, either. Clearly very important stuff here, I know.
