Hattori Hanzou was a famous ninja from the Sengoku Jidai, the Warring States period, which has similar significance to Japan as Romance of the Three Kingdoms has to China.

What I'm trying to say is that while people are free to use characters, a little bit of politeness and research should not be ignored.
Oh, I agree, Darth Traviss earned her fan nickname for quite good reasons - with the exceptions of Zahn, Stackpole and Allston, none of them really talk much or communicate, which is something hopefully those who visit OCC can avoid - while I consider the Unamichi siblings fair game based on SaintessHeart's stated intent (which is not really much to go along so I can make certain interpretations of their charecters) - Rachel Lee is one of kct's OCs and was used with permission; TK and I are also slowly working out arrangements for our OCs to help each other from time to time and I wouldn't be surprised if your OC may get roped in...
Basically I'm attempting to do 1) sidestory involving OCs, weaving a sorta semi shared universe ala Outer Cadia (alright fine there's not much that was established in Outer Cadia except yuri is good, HayAuReion is awesome OTP and Aurion >>> Grandis) and 2) slowly merging the plots with series.
Basically, Marvel Cinematic Universe - everyone has their main stories (Thor, Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk) which weave together for the main adventure (Avengers).
Also, offtopic but of some slight interest: When Scarlett Johansen showed up at the set in-character as Black Widow, wearing the lycra SHIELD catsuit (because leather can't stretch or flex like lycra), jaws dropped and nothing got done for a few minutes. Somehow, I envision Mara's entrance being similar. XD
Also I find it most interesting that I am apparently unworthy of response. Oh well. Back to the writing.

The Unamichi girls are twins. Just that Ayari is 1-cm higher than Kanari, and that the latter has bigger boobs than the former.
So yeah, both of them have some sort of "sister complex".
The boarding axe/tonfa length is to be 50cm at full, retractable to 22cm. Blade length is 20cm, 10cm for axe and 10cm for pick.

To scintillate, it works. As character building, it's useless, that detail above is. Tells me nothing. At all.
What are their motivations, what's their background, why the hell are they doing this shit when there's safer alternatives? What are their dreams and ambitions? What are their likes? How do they view life?
...sister complex, you say...
Spoiler for Speculative Musings:
"Right, let's get this this briefing started."
"Who made you commander?" challenged Kanari.
"The fact that I'm older than all of you. Now, our mission is to serve a warrant to a high risk suspect. Suspect's name is K. Kiriyama, he's apparently running a street gang who act as muscle for hire for Yakuza groups and couriers for drugs, as well as extortion rings involving schoolgirls."
"There's a BOLO for a Neal Cafferey who's in the area?" asked Meat Winters - the American kept up to date with anything issued by the alphabet agencies.
"Ignore. Leave that for the FBI. Now, we need to plan our assault. We'll do it this way: I'll move in from the front door presenting the warrant. Suspects will most likely rabbit-"
"What do rabbits have to do with this?" asked Ayari, eyes narrowed. Jon returned her look, eyes narrowing as he noted how Ayari and Kanari sat closely together, almost touching each other... and Meat's smirk wasn't helping matters either.
"American slang term. It means escaping."
"Thank you, Rachel. Now, when they rabbit, they have two escape choices - the rooftops, or the alleys. Meat, you're up."
"I cased the joint," said the Snipe student, tossing back a bang of red hair. "They operate out of a three storey shoplot, They've got two options for escape: they've rigged a ladder next to a fire escape. The ladder goes to the rooftop - from there they can hop to other buildings and then head down to street level. The other option is to use the fire escape to hit the alleys and then blend into the crowd."
"That's where Meat comes in," said Jon. "Maintain overwatch and take them down if they try to escape by the roof. Ayari, Kanari, take the alley and keep them from rabbiting. Rachel, you're with me on the warrant. We lock those down, they've got nowhere to go."
"Why not I cut through the wall," offered Ayari. "I've got a saw, afterall."
"Absolutely not," glared the erstwhile team lead. "It's too damned noisy and it'll take too long, and I don't want to deal with the paperwork. We go in from the front door. And remember: no killing."
"Some people need killing."
"Maybe. But that's not our job. We arrest people. And if you two psycho lesbians don't get that, you're off the job. So stick to the goddamned plan. Understood?"
* * * * *
"Was that wise?" asked Meat, staying back in the classroom as everyone else left. Jon sighed and shrugged.
"You tell me, Meat," he said, leaning back in his seat. "You're the girl."
Michelle Winters gave him a look, unconsciously crossing her legs as she adjusted her position on his desk, leaning forward towards him. "Let's start with how you're always antagonising those twins."
"Loose cannons and liabilities," he said. "You've got a pair of psycho twincestuous lesbians with a lot more weaponry than I'd feel safe about. Ayari has more bladed instruments than I care to count and doesn't seem to understand the meaning of discrection and the fact that we're law enforcement - what'd she do, get raised by some gung ho grunt? Kanari on the other hand is too quiet, which means that she's internalising everything and that she's an emotional time bomb ready to blow. And unfortunately we can't do this job with you, me and Rachel - we need extra bodies and those two are it. So rather than have them inside where they'll get in my way, I put them outside on perimeter and also so that if they're going to do something really fucking stupid, you can plug them."
"You're selling them short, partner. Also, planning to betray them won't endear them to you."
"Neither have they endeared themselves to me," shot back Jon. "Goddamn weather's starting to heat up despite supposedly being cool spring." A blatant attempt to change the subject.
"It is hot, isn't it?" agreed Meat, undoing a button on her sailor-style blouse and fanning herself with her hand, glancing down at Jon's appreciative expression. The redhead smirked and leaned forward, and whispered in Jon's ear: "Why aren't your eyes focusing on my face?"
"The better to appreciate your rack with. Why aren't you wearing a bra?"
"The better to tease you with," laughed Meat. Jon merely grinned back at her as he stood up to leave.
"I appreciate you fully. But let's focus on the job for tomorrow and relax afterwards, shall we?"
"Dinner at your place, then?"
"You bet. There's a reason god gave us slow cookers. You bringing anything?"
"A surprise," smirked Meat, taking his hand into hers and pressing herself against his arm. "Alright, I gotta run. See ya tomorrow!"
"Tomorrow," agreed Jon, smiling as she left. As soon as the sniper rounded the corner his expression turned grim and he returned to the maps and photos, a troubled expression on his face.
* * * * *
That night, the ad hoc team prepared for the morning raid as best as they could. For most, it invariably involved some form of maintenance on their weapons, and an early bedtime.
For the twins, despite their room having two beds, only one bed was in use that night. Neither were both occupants tired overmuch, finding instead alternative and more enjoyable methods of relaxation.
All fanservice is dedicated to Lowe.

I'm pulling Elizabeth off the web. The red herring nature of half her profile has seemed to only have confused certain people. I find that ironic, for the reason I even thought that she should have a false identity and make unbackable claims was because she was trying to be "not obvious". Which should have satisfied those people. However, they ended up thinking she was ALL of them, which is like 'hey I even become Captain Obvious about the red herrings and you STILL don't get it?'
Can't satisfy any of them, especially when they automatically skip over your posts or don't even read things properly.
Well, this "third" Hattori Hanzou should exist at a universe where both Academy City and the Academy Island coexist... as far as what I'm planning now. However, the "third" has a different kanji for Hanzou.
And yes, I pity those who do not know who Hattori Hanzou is.

Background:
Spoiler:
Fuyumi Raimei was your average sweet, kind, and caring girl who likes to help people and even small animals. That's why she was in Medica; she was an outstanding medic/nurse and the most innocent soul in the world, everybody loved her, girls wanted to be her friend, guys all wanted to date her.
That all changed the day she went on a mission with Minato Arisato (still using his Japanese alias). After which events unfolded, she found herself in a situation where she had to pick up a AT4 anti-tank weapon and fired it at an empty garbage trunk to block the mercenaries from chases after them. Little did anyone realized, rather than become traumatized by her experience, Raimei came to the realization that she actually enjoyed the rush of adrenaline.
Slowly, she became obsess with firearms and different explosives, her friends were completely shocked by her sudden change in character. This escalated to the point where she eventually requested a transfer from Medica to Assault. From that day on, her friends and suitors held a burning grudge against Minato, forcing him to take responsibility for corrupting their beloved 'maiden of virtue' and ruining her life, though they're still doing everything they can to convince her to go back to Medica. Fuyumi Raimei is still the bubbly and friendly girl that likes cute stuff... But now also the smell of gun-oil and napalm.
These days she can be found running guns illegally, or hanging around Minato and gang. Once, he joked that she was the descendant of Saint Barbara. When she asked who's that, Minato promptly replied with a wink- "She's the patron Saint of Artillery and explosives".

Now where’s Marple?

Élise is usually seen wearing long dresses in France, but is not as choosy as Jeanne when it comes to the uniform change; however, she wears a specialized trenchcoat over her uniform in her stay in Tokyo Butei High School. Attitude: Élise is most usually snide in her remarks and does not prefer to interact with others, with a less hands-on approach in a number of cases. She is notable for "getting the right information at the right place at the right time" in France. Her prowess in investigative skills, however, is not complimented by her poor experience in handling firearms.
I like it. Very much. She’s been contracted by Jim for information.

Might as well, since BT is down.
Putting aside how a Holy Roman Emperor has the reflexes of a Spartan, sounds decent. I think Robin’s Rangers has room for him.

Primrose Rank: A Ancestor: Lenneth Valkyrie Weapons: undecided for range weapon, a sword named "Gram" Department: Informa Favorite Quote: 人の歩みを止めるものは絶望ではなく諦観、人の歩みを進めるのは希望ではなく意思。 Physical Characteristics: Red-iris on the right, pale grayish-blue on the left. Her left eye is blind. The color of her hair is black, with long hair that stretches up to waist. She's a bit small, with a height of 152cm. Personality:
- She's usually bright, funny and friendly during normal situations but she acts calm and composed during tight situations. She thinks through things calmly, leading to a sound reasoning, and making correct judgement/actions.
- Her mother language is English. She doesn't speak Japanese very well but enough for normal conversation. She has this weird "Japanese Complex" that she doesn't want to be made fun of Japanese people because she is from another country. So she usually tries to show off her Japanese skill by utilizing Japanese idioms and proverbs in normal conversation. She usually use it wrongly thus it ends up in comedic relief.
- Her favorite color is blue and she hates color black.
- She can speak at least 5 languages.
Backstory:
Spoiler for contains a system introduced in v5:
- She was innately born as blind. When she was small, she wondered how the world would look like. Her father is a secret irokane researcher, and her father discovered 3 years ago that he can implant an irokane called Shishiirokane (Japanese: 死々イロカネ) on her right-eye to grant a vision at least to one eye. Her father was killed the next day she got her vision.
- Her hair was originally blond, but because of shishiirokane on her eye, it was now black. Her body growth was impeded since that time, thus she has small physique. Another side effect of shishiirokane is she's inclined to misfortune (But no, she don't shout "FUKOU DESUUU" ala Kamijou whenever she gets in trouble). Because this special metal has the element of death, negative omens are easily attracted to it. Having such misfortune constitution, she is always frequently saved by Kinji in trouble.
- She was very glad when she first gained her vision. A moment later, she saw a sign of her father's death, but since this is the first time encountering this phenomenon, she dismissed it as maybe a side effect of the operation, and maybe she was just hallucinating. Later, she realized that it was a true sign of death. Regretting the fact that she was unable to save her father despite knowing the imminent death, she doesn't want to repeat the same mistake again, and will do anything to save people.
- Since she is still unable to utilize the full power of shishiirokane, the ability to see the presence of death only works in person she is close to or has strong feelings to: family, close friends or unrequited love (ie Kinji).
- He saved Kinji from his fated death that will happen before he gets to transfer to an ordinary school. This was initially divined by Shirayuki before in v2c3 as: "Kin-chan will disappear in a year".
- Due to unlucky constitution, she always stay indoors most of the time except during morning training or classtime to avoid encounters of misfortune. She loves reading books. A fast reader as well. She can finish a 260-page light novel in one hour. People call her the "walking library". As such, people usually asks her for book recommendation. She actually recommended a school battle light novel to Kinji titled, "Shidan no Maria"(死弾のマリア Lit: Maria the Phantom Ammo), which he very much liked. Recently, Riko had successfully dragged her into the world of visual novel by influencing her into playing Otome games after recommending some games.
- Surprisingly, she has a talent for swordsmanship. It seems her bloodline used to serve as a knight during Middle Age period and somehow she inherited that trait. Shirayuki declares her a rival and she always challenge her to a duel in deciding "who has the right to become Kin-chan's wife" whenever Shirayuki sees her together with Kinji in a lovey-dovey atmosphere. (Yeah, this is part of her misfortune, I guess)
- Because of the color of her hair, she tried dying her hair blonde in past, but it always reverts to black the following day. She gave up trying to dye her hair.
Ability:
1. Thanatos' Eye - Ability to detect the presence of imminent death. The red eye on the right gives her this ability.
There was a reason why her father was killed. I haven't thought up of a backstory for that but that was connected to irokane stuff. I'm not sure if I'm going to continue developing this character.
Still not finished at this time, and more ideas will be added in future if I have time.
For some reason, I see this as Mystic Eyes of Death Perception.
Character Quotes:
"Holy crap! It looks like Fallujah down there! You Assault people are crazy!"
"Interrogating a hostile witness is like proposing marriage. You want to get it right the first try. So you don't settle until you find the perfect spot. You take special care to set the right ambiance and set the mood. And then you wait for the best moment to pop the question."
"GUYS! GUYS! STOP ARGUING! I have a loaded machine pistol in my hand and I have no idea what I'm doing!?!"
Background:
Spoiler:
He is the decedent of the infamous Master Assassin Ezio Auditore da Firenze, who chose to become a Butei rather then to follow his ancestors' footstep. He has many alias for the different countries he worked in, but in Japan he use the alias 'Minato Arisato'.
Personality:
Spoiler:
He's resourceful and optimistic, always believing there is one more thing you can do. He tends to choose his battles and avoid getting into direct confrontations if he can help it as guns using cause more problems than it solves, he's also not too proud to know when to retreat.
If given a choice between the normal way of doing things and the fun way of doing things, Michael will never pick the former.
He's an excellent interrogator, though he tends to use questionable methods like withholding his identity and imprisoning suspects in unknown locations, he never resort to torture as he believe it's too crude and unreliable. And unlike other interrogator, Michael frequently goes out into the field
Ability:
Spoiler:
Inherited from his Assassin bloodlines is the Eagle Vision, which not only allows him to identify friend and foe with one glance, it also points out specific objects or people of great interest to his current objectives.
What he didn't inherit is Ezio's incredible Parkour skills, which forces him to train the old fashion way.
Signed up as another of the Green Robin’s merry men!
Now that I have read closer, I’m wondering, what’s the details behind her armor? Who made it? And from the looks of it, does she also have a pair of torches that she uses to beat oversized monsters with the power of tanko drums?

Name: Jonathan W. Davis
Age: 19
Height: 5'7"
Hair Color: Graying Black
Side: Assault
Butei Rank: A
Nationality: Malaysian (transfer from Pusat Latihan Detektif Bersenjata)
A Malaysian transfer student to Butei High, Jonathan W. Davis - or Jon, as he goes by in day-to-day life - is a hodgepodge of cultures and ethnicity.
Descended from a British soldier who emigrated to then-Malaya after the Second World War, and who later served in the Police Jungle Squad, Jon grew up hearing stories of war in the desert and the jungle and the challenges faced by soldiers in both environs. He's since decided to carry on Grandad's work, and since Malaysia's training program for Armed Detectives is just getting started (with the Armed Detective Training Centre sharing space with Pulapol, the Police Training Centre), he's off to Japan to learn at Butei High.
On account of certain problems with school in his early days (including growing up in a jungle in the middle of nowhere due to a certain career disagreement between Dad and Grandad), Jon's older than the average student, but the extra years have helped mature him... somewhat. It's accurate to describe him as a young man full of dichotomy: kindhearted and caring, yet selfish and hateful; gentle and considerate, yet rude and discourteous... the fact that he's older that most of his peers doesn't help, making him feel like an old man beyond his time. He's also somewhat genre savvy, viewing life around him like a reality show.
While his hair turning white happened independent of transferring to Butei, the current situations aren't making life easier for him. Explosions, destruction, pretty girls - if his hair isn't white by the end of the year, it'll be a miracle.
Weapons:
"This is my grandfather's rifle. Over the years we've replaced worn parts, I've added an ACOG scope... it is no longer identical to it's original form, but it is still my grandfather's rifle."
The Smelly, as it's called by the family, is a Short Magazine Lee-Enfield bolt action rifle that's been handed down the generations: when Jon was heading to Butei his grandfather gave him the rifle to carry with him. In acts of sacrilege to collectors, Jon has been carefully working to bring this rifle into usability standards that will fit the modern day, because according to him this rifle was given to him as a working weapon by his grandfather, and by god he'll use it as a working weapon.
...he is, however, trying to save up for an M14 EBR because he quite likes that weapon. Until then, he'll make do with grandad's rifle. Though, when all is said and done, it's really that practical in daily life compared to his service weapon.
"Swiss quality and precision. Gotta love it."
Jon's main carry weapon is a full frame SIG Sauer P226R, chambered for 9mm, using tritium-lit sights and featuring an underside rail, which he uses to mount a Surefire taclight. He is currently saving for a laser aiming module. This weapon is usually worn on his right hip.
His backup weapon is a subcompact P229, which he usually wears in a concealed carry holster in the small of his back. On days off, where he's going out to town or running errands, the P229 is his usual weapon, instead of the P226R, which he views as his service weapon.
Yes, he watched too many cop shows set in New York, subconsciously adopting the mannerisms.
Like all Butei students, he's required to arm himself with blade and so uses an Emerson tactical folding knife, of the kind favored by the US Navy SEALs, though his is less of a weapon and more of a tool.
"I was a Boy Scout. Be prepared, they teach us."
In addition to the above, Jon normally goes to school with a rucksack in addition to his briefcase. The rucksack carries a change of clothes, extra ammunition in magazines, stripper clips and loose rounds, extra cellphone batteries, a first aid kit, cash, sweets, MREs, and other useful odds and ends. As a former Boy Scout, Jon attempts very much to be prepared for almost anything.
Personality & Other Traits:
Jon speaks several languages fluently: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay, Spanish and he's becoming proficient in Japanese. He's for the most part easygoing and relaxed, but flies off the handle from time to time. Being ambiguously brown he can pass for several different nationalities with only an accent, a fact which he occasionally uses to his advantage. When he speaks, he usually speaks with a British accent, though he can segue into American and Tokyo accents with ease.
For a time he had certain hangups relating to the Japanese, having had family who fought against the Japanese during World War 2. He's since made a conscious decision to appreciate the pretty Japanese schoolgirls instead of holding onto the hate.
Is a fairly decent cook, unlike most young men his age, though he prefers to make stews in a slow cooker. Has a certain appreciation for tea in the afternoon, following the Malaysian style of having tea with a snack around 4-5pm.
Is generally honest and will be willing to assist classmates if they tell him upfront what help they need. Is not keen on providing assistance without knowing the full picture.
While being a generally discreet sort, he has a certain propensity for direct action and thinking outside the box; in his own words:
"There are very few problems that cannot be solved with judicious application of explosives. There is no such thing as too much ammunition - there is too much ammunition to carry, which is why God gave us lorries. There are very few potentially dangerous situation that can't be defused by smashing through a wall. Preferably in a tank of some sort."
"I like shooting things up as much as the next man, but sometimes you've got to come to terms with the fact that violence doesn't solve anything. Now, targeted violence, on the other hand..."
"I don't quite like killing people, but let's face it - once they start shooting at you they've pretty much given up the option of surrender. One cannot let one's good heart allow one to get oneself killed by criminals."
Going by his life philosophies, he’s going to like how things are run by the Green Robin. Just that he’s going to have to put up with the screw-loose idiot Quade.

The ballistic weave that Butei used was light enough that it could be worn as normal clothing and strong enough that it would stop pistol rounds at all but point blank range. Given the perceived danger in this mission, he wanted something more protective. The black vest that he strapped on was made of the same ballistic weave, with additional kevlar layering to protect against stabbing, and with thicker amounts of weave to protect against rifle rounds.
It probably wouldn't protect against armor-piercing 7.62mm or .50 BMG, let alone the Mk 211 HE/API Raufoss round, but Jon figured that if the opposition were shooting at him with that sort of firepower, he was fucked no matter what he wore.
One last item to complete his ensemble, a pair of old-school aviator shades, and he was off to the armory to meet Rachel Lee and grab his gear.
Signing out weapons was a straightforward process, thanks to the nature of their mission and the levels of the two Butei participating - E-ranked Butei would have been restricted to their sidearms, but both A-ranked Butei were authorised to draw heavier weapons. Giving his colleague a casual nod, both entered the armory and drew their weapons.
Equipment vests were retrieved and worn over their body armor. Magazines were loaded with both pistol and rifle ammor. Shoulder arms were selected, dry fired, inspected and then loaded.
Loading a fresh magazine into her chosen weapon, Rachel peered through the EO Tech holographic sight mounted on her M4A1 carbine, before looking at Jon and raising an eyebrow. "Are you trying to recreate Hot Fuzz?" she asked, though there was some amusement in her tone.
"I don't know what you're talking about," deadpanned Jon with his best "butter won't melt in my mouth" expression, as he blithely loaded his chosen weapon, an L1A1, the British semiauto variant of the FN FAL, examining the sight picture through the Trijicon ACOG scope and backup iron sights, nodding in satisfaction. "Right. I think we're prepared enough."
On his thighs, Jon wore both his carry weapon and backup in tactical holsters. Slung across his back was a Benelli M3 tactical shotgun. In his hands covered by black fingerless gloves he held his rifle. His sleeves were rolled up to elbow-length, and a toothpick in his mouth completed the look.
Rachel looked at the obvious homage to a movie both of them liked and sighed. "You're turning into a goddamned otaku."
Jon grinned back at her as they stepped out of the Armory, nodding respectfully as they passed Coach and D-Boy, speaking in the British accent that came naturally to him, changing the subject by musing idly, "You know, there is just something really appealing about a girl wearing body armor." He grinned as Rachel's eyes narrowed, darting down to the body armor vest she wore over the Butei High Female uniform, and added, "Especially when she's wearing nothing else."
It was a good thing, he thought to himself, that I'm standing to her right, as as Rachel whipped out her collapsible baton and smacked him in the shoulder in one swift move.
"Stop that. Try with the girls in CVR. I can't even believe we're from the same country."
"Davis. Two days detention," called Coach, and Jon winced.
"Yessir."
"Don't call me sir, I work for a living. Now get your arses in gear and get moving!"
Okay... Maybe me missing out on Hot Fuzz is the reason why I’m not enjoying this as much as everyone else... But don’t get me wrong, its a nice snippet to read.
Rachel and Jon for Robin’s Rangers, check!

Based on the concept of the kusarigama. She mainly uses the chain to disarm and trip, the ball & the blunt part of the axe to knock out, and the axe head for intimidation tactics. This is her main weapon. As secondary weapon, she carries a Heckler & Koch P30 semi-automatic pistol.
Character Quotes:
"You wouldn't like me when I'm angry."
"I told you to not do that."
Background:
Spoiler:
She used to be a withdrawn girl who enjoyed to isolate herself in the norwegian wilderness until she managed to befriend some children at school. Unfortunately, her father, a musician, was implied in a murder case that had shaken the underground scene and brought bad publicity as a whole. Since then, she have been bearing the stigma as child of a murderer. It did not help that she grew prone to fit of destructive rage seen as unusual from her typical personality, which eventually drew the intention of the authorities during a robbing incident where she put the criminals out of commission and did not even notice she was shot several times. That was after that incident that her mother was contacted by staff members of the Butei institution who promised her that they would find a way to control her dauther's bottled up fury. This is where she met and befriended Preston Whitworth, who only joined Butei to be able to pay his planned medicine studies. At school, she usually likes to wear a beret and a pair of gloves. She usually says that she does not like to dirty her hands, explaining why she wears gloves. Outside of school and not in mission, she works part time in a maid cafe, and is dragged around by her friend Preston in conventions for cosplaying, the young man telling her that it is in the purpose of boosting her confidence.
Personality:
Spoiler:
As said in her background info, she is a calm, withdrawn soft-spoken girl. However, she have gradually opened to other people after she have met Preston. However, this seemingly sweet persona disappear when a fight gets serious and her Berserkergang takes over her.
Ability:
Spoiler:
Viking fury, berserker rage, many names, same thing. This traces back to the tales of norsemen rushing at the enemy, without regard to pain and their own safety, and striking terror inside of the heart of those unfortunate enough to face those men clad in the pelt of wolves, bears or boars. In this state, Kirsten fight with a supernatural speed, strength and stamina. She would feel no pain and rely on her animal instinct to handle the rest. Needless to say that it is hard to stop her when she is berserk; hopefully, it is as hard to drive her to that state, seeing how her training at Butei allowed to harness this rage.
Trivia
Spoiler:
* The nickname Kirsty comes from the unfortunate girl who was the sole surviving protagonist of the two first Hellraiser movies.
*The last name Vikernes, while identical to the famous Varg Vikernes, doesn't mean she is related to the ex-leader of Burzum. But her father had links, as a musician, to the Black Circle and was involved in the unfortunate events that have struck the underground black metal norwegian scene. Even if those events happened years ago for him, he was still arrested later on.
*As shown in the picture, Kirsty like to wear a beret. This is a gift from her grandfather from her mother's side, a former Spetsnaz operative, even if it was just a cheap beret bought from a second hand military shop (so no, it is not the spetsnaz beret). This also means that Kirsty is not 100% Norwegian and have some russian blood. Unfortunately, this have caused her problems in grade and middle school, where other people have used the Russians' widespread reputation for brutality to push her.

Spoiler for portrait:
Name: Preston Lee Whitworth (theorical) VA: Minoru Shiraishi Age: 17 Butei Rank: B Ancestor:

Spoiler:
A certain unnamed Englishman who rose to infamy in 1888
Department: Medica Bloodline Ability: The Hands and eyes of the Doctor. Weapon:Scalpels, needle and thread (main). Sig 232 (secondary) Character Quotes:
"Don't mind me, I am just here for damage control. Please carry on your business."
"Please, my bloodline have no bearing over my actual personality. Would you please let my acts speak for themselves?"
"Yes, I do a watered down version of Hokuto Shin Ken. Without the explosions."
Background:
Spoiler:
Preston's bloodline have changed its name two times over the course of the XXth century. It is said that they have done it to deal with the dishonour brought upon them by one ancestor's opium addiction, or another's ruinous gambling habits. However, this is more than that. The last member who have borne the original last name confessed in his deathbed to have a hand in a wave of tragedies that have struck London in the late XIXth century. Using the dying man's "lesser" faults as excuses, the descendants changed their family name, hoping that the legacy of the man would not pass on. However, it have come again, when his son, a military surgeon, used his profession to questionable goals during the First World War. This was the last time Preston's family changed their name. As a boy, Preston have felt a fascination for surgery. He have had an uncanny ability to identify a wound and how to fix it, however, as shown in some of his fightings at school, he also knows where to strike to disable. He lived with this seemingly supernatural abilities without regrets and planned to become a surgeon to do better as a man, but also to help people. However, his father's gambling habits pulled his family into big debt. Having heard of Butei school and the possibility to earn money while attending it, Preston forced himself to learn japanese and join the school as a transfer student. He have had hard time to adjust to the japanese customs but ended up to like some of them. This is where he befriended a fellow european, a teenage girl from Norway, Kirsten, he nicknamed Kirsty. And introduced her to japanese "customs" such as cosplays and maid cafe.
Personality:
Spoiler:
Preston is a jolly young man, with a womanizing streak, counting on his "british charm" to win the hearts of girls. He have netted as much failures as successes. He likes to call himself as a perfect blend of gentleman and pervert, which is close to what he is. This jolly behavior doesn't go during battles, where he is cheeky and warn the targets that they have more chances before he have to drop the glove and get very serious. He deeply cares for Kirsty even tho he laugh off any implication of a possible romantic relationship, playing the "We are just friends" card. This is only when the safety or well-being of Kirsty or the matter of his bloodline are brought up that this jolly exterior is replaced by a grave expression on his face.
Ability:
Spoiler:
Preston have an instinctive knowledge of the anatomy. This is handful for him, since it allows him to know the types of wounds, especially those that can't be seen at first sight, and how to deal with them. However, it also proved to be handy in fights where he knew where to strike to wound, disable or kill the oppostion, even tho he never have had to do the last and is hoping he would never have to. He is particularly good with needles, scalpels and various knives. He fancies himself as a combat medic and rightfully so. His favorite methods is to use scalpel to cut articles of clothing to hinder the targets or use needles according to his version of acupuncture to paralyze them.
Trivia
Spoiler:
*Anyone willing to use google can catch on who is his ancestor.
*It can be joked that Preston uses the acupuncture points in a somewhat similar manner to Jet Li in the movie Kiss of the Dragon. But mostly to subdue the targets or help his partner.
*Otherwise, Preston knows how to use needles and various articles of cutlery as throwing weapons. This is the result of his sleight of hand, this skill being used to impress girls. He jokes about it that he have yet to make a bra disappear.
I said it once, I’ll say it again. I LOVE YOU SHEBA!! Vikarne for Robin’s Raiders and Preston for the Iron Avengers!

Using mostly thread OCs, I had more than enough Assault to make a full team! Some like Minato had to be moved into the 'Independent Contractors' slot. As Tk said, we now have vans of 20 SWAT roaming the streets apprehending criminals...
So much for "The Few. The Proud. The Butei."

Most of all, you have to be disciplined and you have to save, even if you hate our current financial system. Because if you don't save, then you're guaranteed to end up with nothing.
They are in the Independents slot, working directly with Suzumeno when she's running her own quests. So they would be the Assault group backing up the Nakamura Faction, which have a lot of SSR muscle but no conventional fighting power.

Location: On the front lines, fighting for inderpendence.
I'll try my hand at this, I s'pose.
--------------------------------- Name: Ivan "Akula" Ananenko Age: 17 Gender: Male
Appearance:
Personality: Ever driven in a taxi with an eccentric driver? Imagine such a drive, only you're being pelted by hails of bullets while going over the speed limit alongside a steep mountain road; all the while, a boy rambles on and on about his family stories from back home. For whatever reason, he seems to be either unaware of the danger, or is too wrapped up in other matters to really care. Surprisingly, he manages to make eye contact with you in the backseat while still driving the curving roads with ease.
Meet Ivan. An extremely outgoing individual, you can find Ivan chilling in the getaway car with the tune of a foreign country playing from the radio, singing not-so-gracefully along. Though not the most skilled in guns or hands, you can count on him to make it across the city or desert in one piece.
Maybe two.
He's not one for politics or philosophy, merely going with the flow and seeing what's thrown at him. He loves talking, if you didn't know, so don't expect to throw in any of your cents before he spouts out the life story of several individuals. He is a worldly guy, and is fluent in several languages. Ivan's taken a liking to Spanish bands, listening to mariachi more often than not. Regardless of the volume, he still finds a way to raise his voice above the music and chatter on.
He frequently tells others he's a 'lover and not a fighter' due to his occupancy as a driver/transporter, but most know he's ready and itching to fire a couple 120mm shells when there's an MBT around.
Division: Logi (Vehicles Division) Weapon: Whatever nifty vehicle he can get his hands on! Carries an M1911A1 .45 pistol for defense or when on foot.
Rank: B
Quotes:
"Since when did pedestrians get the right of way?"
"That's a nice Ferrari you got there.
...
I drive a tank."
"I knew a nice French guy myself. It's a shame about those tread marks on his back."
---------------------------------
I'll update him with his appearance and maybe a back-story later.
