I think it may be because neither the characters nor the people who made the anime seem to be ashamed of it. It isn't hidden or snuck in. This is fanservice for fun and pleasure, not for people to snigger at. Or so it seems to me. I'm afraid that so far I find the fanservice better than the story and humor. But I do like the characters and the animation.

Not to mention the fan services is treated in a almost artistic way, well all but for the pantry shots, but then again at thos angels they are going to show its better than blanked out shadow areas or other odd forms of censorship.

I found the "body scrolling" to be within reasonable limits.
The nudity was done well.
Her charatcer(green haired one) is a kid thinks nothing of nudity or the like thus all the "bad" fan service around her is mostly due to the individual watching it, this goes back to Ranmas style of nudity its fun and silly not so much "hentai" altho this is a ecchi show so its going to lean to echhi ness more than ranma but for the most part its a fun and silly show if the fan service is a turn off find something else, theres always going to be something to not like in a show I wish publishers would get that and lighten up on the more silly nudity..

So uhhhh, seems there was a little technical problem with episode 3.

What are the chances of it being broadcasted properly again?

We should probably be a little clear about this. There are at least two faulty versions of Episode 3 floating around. I downloaded two different sized encodes and they both began with the first 9-1/2 minutes of Episode 1. It continued until the second eyecatcher at around 9:33. It appears hi no ken Jebus has seen a good version.

Ep 2 again had lots of fanservice not that I'm complaining. Liked the new girls personality or should I say hidden personality didn't expect that especially what happened towards the end.

Episode 2 definetly has lots of fanservice as many people stated before me. Shizuoka's personality was pretty awkward as she has like a double personality. Masa is definetly one hell of a captain

The technical difficulty was due to that major earthquake measuring 6.5 in the Richter scale that killed a lot of people, caused a lot of injury, and massive amount of property destruction. Some witnesses even said that the skyscrapers in Tokoyo were swaying.

I'm just surprised the Network aired anything at all this week.

While I got lots of laughs from eps 1 and 2, ep 3 had my most favorite Amuro x Kaname moment thus far

Yeah, the importance of the ethics of groping can't be stressed enough in fanservicey-anime, and most of those anime in these particular genre fails miserably at fleshing out this particular ethics. Naturally it is a joy to see that Umisho has made a habit of properly demonstrating the ethics of groping. Nice observation Sailor Enlil!

Ah, that would explain it. Was wondering why I couldn't find it. It's not listed under "K" for "Kenko".
