I just can't get it to work for me.
Rough lines, insane number of unwanted layers, shapes that start covering everything letting me see nothing, etc. Guess shape layers is just not for me. >_< !!!

Looks @ Daniel..
..insene, number of unwanted layers ehh~ Just Add to the layer that has the same color as your new shape, instead of creating a new one each time. The " + " sign is your friend. ..what do you mean by "shapes that start covering everything letting me see nothing" Just create it with your template on top and all you see are the lines.

That's what this is for... http://forums.animesuki.com/showpost...8&postcount=19
If you do that properly, shpae-layers won't duplicate, and you can keep everything in a single layer. Oh and put your source image at the very top. <--very important

Looks @ Daniel..
#1 Just click the Add to.. istead of Create New.. Also you have to have your previous shape layer selected to add to it. #2 Simply make sure the template is on top of the shape layer or layers. Here's a self-explanatory screeny.. 2 White Shapes in 1 Shape layer. Note: It's a screen shot inside a screen shot. Spoiler:

Can traced path be flip over? For example, tracing b and p .. Can I trace b .. then flip the path to get p? .. Its practically the same shape, just 1 tail goes up and another goes down >_<

you can use the path direct select tool (if you have several paths on one layer), hold down alt, click the path you need to duplicate and drag it, then use the edit -> transform path (it replaces the normal edit -> transform)

Since things like pressure sensitivity don't mean anything when tracing, it would make no difference.
I find myself using both.. if I let go of the pen for a moment, I might pick up the mouse, and visa versa.

You can also use [ctrl] + [alt] +drag to select and duplicate a pen shape.
Remember to memorize all the possible shortcuts that can be done with shift, ctrl, and alt buttons. It will lessen your time and effort. ^^ Quote:
Almost done with the Rainmeter, just needs a few more tweaking. I'll try to add multiple characters for the Rainmeter that you can change with a button. Thanks.

You will need a program called a Rainmeter
- Finished the Rainmeters^^ Well, I didn't literally 'make' it. Call it a 'Massive Editing' :P Get Here: http://rapidshare.com/files/32560233...eterS.rar.html I've worked on this for a week and a half, and I'm quite proud of it. ^__^ FEATURES: • Featuring the art of Yuichiro ( http://kodama3.cool.ne.jp/ ) This Rainmeter contains his art , (which I enhanced and repaired slightly) You can switch the Rainmeter images of Nanoha, Fate , Hayate respectively w/ a buttton. • The frames for the Harddrive were vectored and modeled after the frames from Ar Tonelico 2's flash site. ( http://ar-tonelico.jp/at2/ ) • The frames for cpu were modeled after Nanoha StrikerS frames used in the show. • Can display up to three HDDs AND opens them by pressing the spherical button for each respective HDD. • Buttons to minimize both Comp stats and winamp stats were included. • Volume for winamp, shuffle-repeat, and play-pause function included^^ • The list goes on and on... That's about it. There might be a few bugs, but nothing too serious. The images can easily be replaced w/ new ones, If you have one in mind just tell me. Just like this: ;=========== My next project is to start attempting to build my own website, so I can host all the things I make. Here's a preview:

But I need a little help here... My AntiVirus application picked up a virus from the file I download (Nanoha_RainmeterS.rar). Name of the virus: W32/HLLP.Philis.ini Name of the AntiVirus application: McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.0.0 I hope this is not a real virus... =================================== It seemed only one file is infected... Which is the file "_desktop.ini" Other things are fine... Last edited by GaoGaiGarNeo2007; 2007-05-21 at 14:19. Reason: Comments after successfully downloaded |
