Actually, Curren killing Hayate at all by that point would've likely wiped out the Esquad Huckebein (and Stella and Fortis as well). The iceberg had already been formed and was suspended in the air, and the only thing holding it up was Hayate's magic.

If Hayate had been killed immediately, it would've been dropped because she can no longer hold it. So instead Curren wounded her and basically used Hayate's desire to live to make her back down on the iceberg. If Hayate hadn't and had been killed, that iceberg probably would've fallen anyway.

Taht'sd just your guessing, you could also said that because Hayate's magic was no longer sustaining the iceberg the thing simply disintegrated under it's own mass because such a structure cannot support itself upside down without magic.

Also most Mid/Belkan spells have the very convenient after effect of dissolving harmlessly after being interrupted or executed it's main purpouse. That's also guessing so make your own conclussion.

It's already one frozen block of ice, and it wasn't magic ice--just ice. It's the mana conversion going on, so they can't anti-magic it out of existence. Even if it fell apart, it'd do so as very large chunks of ice that'd still pulverize the Esquad Huckebein and kill everyone still aboard.

I'll take that with a grain of salt as we neveer see Hayate making any effort to dispell the Iceberg. It disintegrated after Curren disabled her. Knowing Hayate there's also the chance she prepared the spell to do just that after hitting the target.

The message afterward from Curren to Hayate about "letting them take Thoma" was just her attempt at causing political trouble for Hayate.
I thought the first favor was that she spared her.

You know, Curren was never that interested to get Thoma from the start.
I thought at first it was just how she is, but after the last chapter...
She really wants that "seed" or whatever.

I`m thinking all Curren really wants from Thoma is to stay away from Hardis.
If Hayate`s the one protecting him, even better and all Curren had to do was sending "invitations" to Thoma.
Curren can`t be that much of troll...

Curren want Tohma but he's not vital to his plans yet. Leaving him under the care of Section Six turns out to be actually convenient for her. And yes, all Curren ahs to do is mantain contact with Tohma and appealing to his good side which so far seems to be working like a charm xD

I was thinking more that those invitations are incitement that Thoma needs protection.
But if she can get on Thoma`s good side too, that`s a bonus.

I guess I can`t think of Thoma as nothing more than a plot device right now.

I`m not saying that being a plot device is a bad thing, it`s just...
I don`t care what Thoma does anymore, only what he is and how they can use him.

On the opposite, Veyron isn`t important plot-wise(+ He`s a guy.), but he fights, kills, protects with his own morality and
I somehow care enough for wanting him to stick around.

After reading the chapter, I believe it's safe to say Sonica isn't an infected, rather just someone who hangs out with infected.

The last thing a protagonist needs to be is a plot device. From what I experienced, it's never a good thing.

Looks like Force was so shitty Tsuzuki had to shut it down! Or so I heard (not).

I'm not sure if it's on indefinite hiatus or canceled, but either way, no more Force.

Ouch! It was a matter of time i supposse, the hints were there with the constant monthtly and bi-monthly hietuses and now it finally happened. Dunno the true reason behind this, let's just hope it return before too much time passes xDU

Hm, seems that ALL works where Higa Yukari is artist got postponed, not just Nanoha. Seems that hiatus more related to her than Tsuzuki...

No, those aren't ongoing works. He was just saying everything Higa Yukari works on fell under hiatus at some point, and now Force too.

Heh, Froce ALREADY was on hiatus IMHO.

But again, seems that something happened to the artist, which resulted in all that hiatuses.
