For Iran, one has to keep in mind that it is indeed a signatory, but that the treaty was signed by the Shah, so the current Islamic Republic will hardly feel morally obligated to abide it. Actually, as denouncing the Treaty could be seen as a casus belli, it is assumed that they'd rather acquire it first, as insurance. Back to Israel, everything is quite murky, for their nuclear program involved a lot of secrecy, spying on allies as well as robbery of fissile material. For what we know, their program was only near completion when the treaty was signed, so they wouldn't have qualified as an established nuclear power.

Japan develops powered armour suit for nuke workers
"A splendid Japanese professor has offered his "HAL" powered exoskeleton suit
for use by nuclear powerplant workers at Fukushima, pointing out that the suit's motorised limbs would allow users to lift radiation-proof armour which would otherwise be prohibitively heavy. Tsukuba-based firm "Cyberdyne" said in a statement: "This new type of HAL robot suit supports the weight of tungsten-made protective clothing and enables their wearers to work on the site without feeling the burden," reports AFP." Smokin Joe Frazier lost his battle with cancer. If you don't know, he's the boxer that defeated Muhammad Ali first.
I'm not particularly into boxing but RIP. |
