Your comment reminded me that Hollywood killed off the awesome Donnie Yen in no time at all back in Blade II, while the other "Blood Pack" members got more decent screen times. Sigh.....

The Chinese actress Yu Nan's playing another rookie Expendables mercenary alongside Liam Hemsworth. Though I wish they provide more info on her.

One gets the awful sinking feeling that they "brother they ae avenging" that was "savagely murdered" will be Jet Li's character, considering

1) The utter LACK of emphasis on him doing ANYTHING in the trailers.

2) His scenes were all filmed in China (implying complete disconnection from the rest of the plot)

Do remember it is an American Action Movie using old American Action Movie stars from mostly the 1980s. They didn't have to have any Asians to reach their target demographic. Consider it fortunate that Jet Li is in it at all.

I wonder if Chester E. Bum's balls will eat a wild boar again.

Looking forward to the Bum Reviews, his review for the first Expendables was his best ever.
I like the Bum over his regular Nostalgia Critic skits.

Looks like some extra fun for the summer...well, I'm a Jet Li fan too, but I've preferred his movies with a martial arts focus, so I'm watching this for everyone else in it.

More punchlines and explosions for everyone, can't complain :P
