I've heard plenty of soundtracks like that. It's nothing new.

Yeah, but there's just a LOT of the drama material in there. The ratio is a bit higher than most OSTs it seems. Most OST have like.. 3 or 4 max. Which is probably why they separated it into two in the first place. And the typically copious amounts of song variations, SHAFT style.

Just a quick question:

Can anyone tell me the name of the slow, instrumental version of the opening theme that plays in the background sometimes?

I've been through the soundtrack but I just can't find it...

Thanks.

Is it a piano only piece? IIRC, track 29 of disk 2 sounds kinda like it.

That does sound like the OP in piano but I don't recall hearing it in the anime.

The real one came out soon after all the trollingg

Pretty good episode. I like Kanako's reactions to Mr. Berlin and then realizing that she's the same =X

Episode 10 was brilliant! I felt 8 and 9 were just okay, but 10 was on a different level. Perhaps it was the sheer amount of Matsurika.
I'm just glad there was an opportunity for the subbers to use the word 'defenestrate'. That really made my day.

Plus, Maria+House is fun.

Uh, is anyone aware that AnimeSuki itself has direct torrent links on its frontpage? Why exactly can´t we talk about a fansub group?

Even still, its seems more then a bit unreasonable. Whatever, policy is policy. I'm certainly not one to argue over a dead horse.

Now you say so, after it's already been discussed how many times?

Anyway, it's just easier to not talk about the fansubs at all, because then it's not like "how close to the line can I get without crossing it". However you feel about the policy and its provisions, it was set by the man who had the actual legal notice arrive on his real-life doorstep. The policy has been relaxed a little bit in recent years; there actually is no specific rule about not mentioning fansub groups anymore -- there used to be -- but you still can't link to sites where torrent links for the show can be found. (That was the case here, by the way -- it wasn't just a group name, it was a link to the group site where the torrent links are.) In any event, it's better not to tempt fate. If people want to discuss this further, we can do it elsewhere.
