I think Arclight is searching for the datachip which was probaby hidden by Aruka and Mengroze in Cruz's head. I don't think Aruka or Arclight know about any powers Cruz might have. Aruka might suspect he's developing something though, after her attack was stopped and because he survived the PF Zero blast.

This might be the time Cruz really awakens as a needless though, since Needless powers come from the brains and it looks like Arclight just stabbed into his brain.

Maybe Disk found out about the data chip in his head and that's the reason she wanted him to stay behind and made him take the capsule when they went to the city. It would be cool if the capsule destroyed the datachip as well.

Adam Cyclops was probably searching Adam Blade. She was searching for a male that was born out of the same experiment as her, the Adam Project. She adresses Adam Neuschwanstein as the missing failed experiment and tells her that she's her little sister.

We know only 3 Adams as of now:
1. Adam Arclight (AA)
2. Adam Blade (AB)
3. Adam Cyclops (AC)

Arclight and Blade were both failed experiments. It seems that the Adams are being named alphabetically, so I don't think there's another Adam between Blade and Cyclops. So the only two people able to be her 'older brother' are Arclight and Blade. Since I think that Arclight is still pulling the strings in Needless 1.5, I guess she must have been searching for Blade. This must mean Blade that won't die in Needless 1. He had been missing for two years.

Adam Neuschwanstein has inherited Eve's last name, and she is wearing Blade's coller and clothes Eve has worn before, so I guess Adam Neuschwanstein is a mix between Blade and Eve. This would explain Adam Blade's change into a woman. She even got Eve's knack for forgetting people's names. The mix between Blade and Eve could very well have resulted in her losing her memories as well.

She doesn't seem to have doppelganger though. Maybe Eve transfers the piece of her brains that makes her able to perform doppelganger to Cruz in order save his life before mixing with Blade?

It's odd that Cyclops was searching for a male though. This must mean that Arclight doesn't know about the mix as well. It must have happened without him knowing.

I still don't realy see any reason to believe that Cruz is part of her though, aside from the 'truly needless' comment. Cruz probably saw her in the memory world, but this doesn't mean she's directly connected to him. I mean...Strom was also in the memory world and Cruz hasn't met him yet. So it might be a sign that he'll meet Adam Neuschwanstein in the future.

I still see it as a possibility that Cruz is also mixed in, but he might as well be somewhere else for all we know in Needless 1.5.

I wonder why the Black Madam is taking care of Adam Neuschwanstein though. Maybe Cruz and/or Mio asked her to take care of her?

AnN appear only to Cruz ,and only him can hear and talk with her.
AnN had awful memory(maybe because some one just made one hole in her/his brain?)
Cruz seem compatible with Eve Es (if she really give them to him,when she bring him back to life).
And Cruz survive to AA PFzero (even if some one protect you...you still goin to be hit with the virus )
Both Disk and Arca seem to know something and Arca say to Cruz that he is close to the true.(in his own way).

Who knows what happened with Cruz.

Maybe Cruz and the others are just laying low and are planning a counterattack on Simeon. Adam N. was also just laying low in the church. Teruyama was also laying low as a guard. And Cruz might be the mastermind behind it all, so he's probably hidden.

Or maybe Adam N. even forgot about Cruz. And since Cruz knows the Black Madam, maybe he (and/or Mio) asked her to take care of Adam N. to keep her away from Arclight (who wants his body) while he is busy with other stuff.

Adam C. calls herself Adam N.'s succesor. You know what that means? It means that Adam N. was supposed to wear that collar with the number 80 engraved on it, but she somehow disappeared while the experiment was still in progress. Because of this, Adam C. was created and given the task to find her.

And I don't think there's the other half of the chip inside Yamada's brain. In fact, I don't think that second chip really exists.

I see that scene differenly. Adam Cyclops, #080, indeed says that she's his successor. But I think she means it in the way that she's the one who was created after Adam Blade, #079.

If Cruz is really AnN made you wonder why Arca(if she become a traitor of AA) is not with her. At least if she is not death....and another thing I wonder is why eve is not with AnN in Needless 1.5 ...I means she probally is like a big sister for her .maybe she had something else to do a that time? My take on the issue. Arca won't die, that I think we all agree. But for Yamada she's already dead, because by that time his brains will be so messed up he almost won't be able to recall anything. Though Arca will likely survive, even so, when it happens it probably will be too late and poor Yamada will be left in an irreversible state.

Even if Eve appear suddenly, by deducting with previous chapters, we know that doppleganger can't heal brain injury (otherwise she would treat blade brain to restore his lost powers after transplant).
The only mean to save cruz is probably adam project, i doubt that regenerating process used on teruyama by mio with uten spade and eden seed being efficient with cruz (because of his brain injury)

I guess the only thing that's really keeping me from fully committing to the Cruz= ANn crew is for one simple reason: I can stand crossdressing, but I highly dislike gender-bending (unless it's for comedy purposes, such as in Ranma 1/2... couldn't bring myself to follow Kampfer)

... otherwise, there's quite a bit of evidence supporting that in order to save Cruz, he had to become a she (well, minus the part about the choker... that's one of the few pieces that doesn't make sense. Unless ANn carries it as a memento of Blade, at the rate this arc is going...)

I think it's too soon to be jumping to conclusions about how Arclight's brainrape will affect Cruz. Is he using doppelganger to carefully search for specific information, or is he simply trying to rip out a physically implanted chip? There are too many things we don't know about the situation - it may have nothing to do with the other half of the chip, and Arclight may well be interrupted by Blade before he can do any irreversible damage to Cruz.

Brain damage? What brain damage? In case you hadn't noticed, Teruyama recently had a great big spear stuck through his head, and his brain seems just fine. I really don't think Cruz is going to suffer any permanent harm as a result of Arclight's probing. Unless it kills him.

BTW, I'm betting on the hidden item being the missing data chip. It makes sense, without being too obvious (as it hasn't been mentioned for quite a long time, and most readers have probably forgotten all about it by now). Damned if I can figure out what Arca's up to, though.
