Nah... the point of this is psychological terror. Wait until he's totally engrossed in building the ship, then you drop 50 boxcutters VERY, VERY close to him.

As an added effect, when he's nearly done, aim the boxcutter at the ship itself, then drop more of the ship parts and tell him, 'Too bad, guess you gotta start over.'

Can we just "dismantle" HIM piece by piece? But I can see the point of dismantling the ship. And since we have magic at our disposal, we can keep him alive for as long as we like and torture him until we feel sorry for him

Um... Well... Guilty as charged. The only way I could let him be is when I get bored of hearing his screams But then I'll get this image of Kaede crying, and I'll work the iron maiden with renewed fervor. Oh well... Rin should know better than to mess with Kaede and the other girls. It's not evil, it's just that I'm really tempted to hit Rin where he hurts the most NOW (it'll probably be another girl later, that one, too, won't escape, unless she's Primula, Nerine, or Sia, I like those. There's no way I'll let him have Kaede now.)

He was bad throughout the entire anime as being a mundane character, but episode 21 put him over the line when he brought everything to an abrupt, uninspiring and anti-climatic conclusion among Kaede, Asa and himself. I'm sure Asa fans don't mind, but the rest of the people who expected something more climatic will agree.

Well, the official AAA at least doesn't mind at all, the official AAA line is "we love Rin, Rin rocks, Rin is the best". There are some discontent Asa fans in KKR, although I still can't understand WHY they want to kill Rin But that's their business, who am I to argue, after all, the founder is an Asa fan, although I think he'll probably get kicked out for spamming the HOOOOOLY AAA thread with "Kill Rin" ads.

A good number of people, won't say most, haven't counted them, DID find that ep 21 abruptly ended a well made, dramatic arc with a mediocre (and I'm very kind) closure.
So anyway, the whole point of all this is : Welcome to the KKR

Rin should die and leave the girls to me =). Rin's too selfish, he hurt all 5 girls at one time and I felt pathos for Kaede, Rin didn't even cared for her once. If Rin says he wants to make everyone happy, ironically he isn't he's making everyone sad but himself. He chose Asa which finally gave a response but he made everyone go through pain before he makes his choice. If I was in his shoes, I would just either pick all of them or pick none of them (HELL NO XD).

Rin isn't a nice guy at all. T_T
