**.The Ranking Of Techniques.**
It's 2 A.M. and I'm completely bored and not sleepy whatsoever, so...
Okay - after rewatching the episodes of Jiraiya teaching Naruto the Rasengan, this six levels of difficulty for the techniques came to my mind. Put up your opinion on all the techniques you know - and what you think their destructive level should be. Also put in a mastery level if you can think of one. Like some of Sasuke's Katon no jutsus - although they may do relatively little damage at his current stage and are easy to master, after his chakra capacity grows their destruction level will be much greater. I'm kind of confused, Jiraiya said the Rasengan was a 5/6 on the scale - and mentioned the 4th needing 3 years to do it.. so maybe he was talking about mastering the move in general? Yeah.. I think that's it, not really destructive levels, but maybe.. Put the *CURRENT* destructive levels though, not what you think they'll be at later times. This is an opinionated thread. All of this is my take on what I thought about the techniques at 3 a.m. I insist that you come in and give your opinions on certain techniques, and maybe later on we can separate them and think up a list of genjutsu, and ninjutsu techniques, and different levels of water, fire, and earth element techniques. ML: Mastery Level.. maybe not *complete* mastery, but enough. DL: Destructive Level These techniques go for *ANYBODY*. I'm just putting them under the ninjas that use them in the series.. general techniques: Kawarimi: ML: 1 Bunshin: ML: 1 Genjustsu Dispelling: ML: 2 or even 3 since some Ninja couldn't dispel Kabuto's. ANBU Paralysis Techniques: ML: 2 DL: **3 Genin Naruto: Rasengan ML: 5 DL: At the current moment, 4-5 Not really a technique :-) but, Kyuubi Chakra ML: 6 (he's still trying to get the hang of it) DL: 6 Seduction Henge: ML: 1 DL: 1, 6 against perverts. Kuchiyose: ML: 5 for Naruto. He has to actually learn to control the Kyuubi chakra to summon any toads besides Gamakichi (tatsu) and Gamabunta. Agree with all, except for the Jukai Koudan (1th's jutsu).
And you forgot gaara's new jutsu  esert reqiuem and 2 other Sand techniques.it'd be soo cool if you wrote thos!!!  the 3th stated that the only person that was able to master that technique was the 1th. Mastery level should be 6. But thanks for finding out some oroginal names for the jutsu, I was searching for the Doton: Yomi Numa. |

Why does suijinheki have a destructive level?
I agree about the mastery level idea though, you can see the differences between the same jutsu according to its user's skill. The best example is kakashi's water wall, which wasnt very tall, and nidaime's water wall, which was extremely huge and there was no prescence of water. Theres obviously some jutsu that wont get any better, like kawarimi/replacement, but those jutsu rise in usefulness in how sneaky/quickly you can do the seals. but then again, with all the inconsistencies with seal usage, a random set of seals would get you anything you want XD |

Garaa was also exhausted and nearly out of chakra, seeing as he only caught parts of lee instead of entirely covering him like gaara would normally do. We just cant tell if gai would still have that easy of a time deflecting it if garaa were at top condition.

Gai could and would stp any of Gaara's attacks with ease as any other jounin would. Otherwise Gaara would be a sand jounin by now not still a gennin, that is without the big monster thats inside of him but that dosen't really count because if it did then we could say the same about Naruto. He is a genin and would get his ass handed to him by gai or kakshi. but if he was psyco fox naruto he would hand thier asses to them. Do you see what i mean? |

erm okay...I thought the indications of Gaara not being nearly as threatening at the end of the lee fight as he was when they started were pretty obvious.
Gaara only used the kawarimi for the first time lee used lotus. That means that he was really the one being battered around the arena the second time after lee opened his gates. He didnt get KOed from the final hit because his sand cushioned him for it, but he did take the other hits, It's also been said by kankuro i believe, that his second layer of defense, the sand over his skin, takes up a lot of chakra. He isnt even able to get up immediately after lee's attack, his sand was sluggish when it was going after lee, and he could only grasp lees arm and leg instead of his whole body. When he composed himself enough to send a second wave of sand is when gai arrived to bat away the sand. How can you insist that these conditions reflect absolute potential? The point stands that we won't know if Gai would have done the same thing or not if gaara was in his best shape. Since most of these things destructive levels are for when someone is caught in the jutsus anyways, garaas should be at maximum deadliness. |
