Hmm yes that did happen in UBW mayby that also happens in Heaven's Feel?
Rider should be dead if Caster stabbed Saber.

Rider disappeared at chapter 27. She survived the Excallibur-beam and helps save shinji from falling to his doom. Her true master is also revealed as the mark is shown on sakura's left hand.

Thats official translating manga for ya. It would take months just for one volume to come out. Not to mention the release date is October....

So I don't know if this was already known or not, but Volume 1 of .Hack//XXXX contains a short preview of Fate/Stay Night at the end showing the scene where Lancer tries to kill Shirou (again) and the summoning of Saber. It also says volume one releases October.

The preview should seem interesting... but the whole thing is so out of context that it really just confuses you. Still, "Are you my master?" at the end might attract some more fans.

I think it's Unlimited Blade Works. Rider died in Chapter 27. And the only translated chapter available is only up to 17.
