This isn't too bad for my taste, could you make it avatar size (100x100) if possible and make the delay repeat time a little longer.

beginner

i'm a beginner in the gif , consequently i don't really know how to cut the picture without having probleme of link between 2 near picture (i have already attempted ,on ulead ,but i don't know how to cut only a specific square on all picture in the same time ; i have aldready cut them on paint or similar problem but the result wasn't good (a delay of a few pixel disturbing the gif )

an exemple in big size :

Those looks good ^^, you just need to scale them down. With Paint there is an option stretch/skew, you can change the size around until it fits. ^^

You should read the GIF creation thread for detailed info, but most of us use VirtualDub to rip the frames from the AVI files and then copy to ImageReady.

lol, thats wut i did but for some reason or the other... when i try to open the AVI onto ImageReady it says like "Not enough memory or something" and it took about 5-10mins to open it. o_O

btw, where is this GIF creation thread at anyways? i tried looking for it but couldnt find it.

it can take long time if you take more than 100 frames in total ,
i try with a avi of 20 seconde and it was come around 5 at 10 minutes after , but i can't do anything with this , with ulead ,because they are too picture , consequently , your ram and CPU can't hold all of this quickly .

try with an avi of 5 seconde max , you will show the different easily .
or with virtual dub make a frame strip , and take one on two picture.

Apparently you didn't understand what yourself said by "when i try to open the AVI onto ImageReady"...

That GIF Creation thread should clarify everything, but I meant ripping the avi frame by frame. First, I locate the sequence in VirtualDub. I pause. I find the frame I want. I copy THAT frame. I paste it into a frame in ImageReady. I go back to VirtualDub and find the next frame of that sequence. Repeat process.

No no, I meant Uldead and Adobe [Photoshop, ImageReady] are different software makers. ^_^;;

ImageReady generally comes with Photoshop, but such is not the case for you...

Could I request Ep. 10, 6:21, where Seiji and his dumb friend are dancing and yodeling. Not sure if there's enough there to make it loop, but it'd be nice if someone could. ^_^ Oh, in 100x100, not a non-standard size, please. ^_^;
