Same song but the animation sequence differs between the 2. Personally I prefer the 2nd OP.

As someone mentioned earlier, Nana has some beautiful OPs with great music and excellent choreographed animation.

Aria gets another nod for having one of the most distinctive OPs. It is one of those rare animes that successfully blends the OP together with the episode such that the OP is a part of the storyline and the transitions are near perfectly seamless.

Baccano's OP is also a great work of art that'll have you replaying it several times over.

As for something from this season...Macross Frontier's OP and ED are the only ones to have stood out for me this season. That ending is just
