Is it just me, or was there a scene missing in the sub version that was in the raw? Of Ko seeing his friend in the batting cages and deciding to not to practice...

or was that in episode 3 and I'm getting confused?

Spoiler for ep4:

A new character, Yuhei, was in the batting cage in ep4, breaking ko's homerun record. Both Ko and Aoba don't know him yet nor him knew who they were. So Yuhei is not friend of ko. Ep 3 had Osamu(strongest in 5th grade) watching Daiki(2nd strongest in 5th grade) in the batting cage.

I liked the first 3 episodes enough that I went through 147 chapters of the Cross Game manga and all of Adachi's earlier Touch manga over the weekend. Kind of hooks you in once you get started.

Now you just need to cover H2, Rough, Katsu, Niji iro Togarashi.....uh....Miyuki, Nine, well let's just say there's plenty of material to keep you occupied .

Don't forget Jinbe, Hiatari Ryoko, Slow Step, and few other misc. series. Not to mention all the related media.

My post in page 6 pretty much covered most of adaptions and I pretty sure you can still by fansubbed H2 somewhere on net, and Central Anime have fansubbed Touch in its entire glory.
