I just checked vol 11 in amazon Japan website and I didn't see anyone there that give reviews mentioned anything about Issei being dead/about to dead.
I can read Kanji, Hiragana and Katakana, so you guys can be assured.
In fact, judging from the reviews, things are about to get even more interesting.
Where on earth did anyone get any news about Issei dying ?
And yes, Rias has "officially" became Issei's girlfriend.

Agree,because he seems so strange that the volume ends with Ise presumed death is not the style of the author. He close all times what he started in the current volume. And being something that comes out every 4 months he can not afford things like that. another thing that raises doubts is why he don't do something like that on vol 2 or whe Ise goes crazy and lost 99% of his life spam?I mean if the author wanted a stroy more complicated and could leave us with a big twist until the next volume he had so much opportunities. Why do it now?
And if he not bring back Ise max next vol(preferably beginning) I can see the rage of the fan.
Life.0 begins with Ise trying not to have a nosebleed while taking a bath with Rias and Asia.
Even though God no longer exists, Ise wants to thank God. Or should he thank Satan?
Basically, the 3 of them were all going to take a bath and Rias suggests they all bath together instead of wasting time taking turns.
While Ise is staring at the ceiling, he hears someone getting into the tub with him and feels something soft.
"I've always wanted to bath with Ise like this" says Rias smiling as she presses closer against him.
Meanwhile, Asia is glaring at Ise but he has no idea why Asia is angry.
As Rias starts scheduling more baths together (every day is too much for Ise to handle, every 3 days? 5 days? but once a week is too lonely)...
Asia gets into the tub as well and hugs Ise, "Don't leave me out! I want to bath together too!"
While the two girls argue over Ise, Ise tries to rationalize the situation in his mind, thinking that it's great that Rias treats him so well like a pet.
As he thinks about how Asia pouts whenever he talks to other girls, he decides it's great to have a possessive little sister character like in anime or manga.
However, he resigns his fate to just being Asia's protector.
Things escalate with Rias placing Ise's hand on her breast.
Asia responds by grabbing Ise's other hand to caress her own chest. "Ise, whose are better? I won't lose in anything other than size!"
"Ise likes them large though. Ise even said he loves my breasts, right, Ise?"
Ise's nose explodes, the tub turns red, end of scene...
Ise continues biking to his devil summoning jobs.

Ise thinks that Rias considers him a pet while Asia looks to him as a brother, so he will be in trouble if he tries to make a move on them.

This time, the customer is a yukata-wearing foreigner who looks to be in his 20's.

At the club room, Ise is enjoying Rias' lap pillow while Rias and group discusses the upcoming negotiations between the 3 factions.
Rias is angry that Azazel the leader of the fallen angels has entered her territory without permission and getting Ise involved.
She mentions rumors that Azazel is extremely interested in Sacred Gears which explains his coming into contact with Ise.
"Ise, I will protect you" declares Rias as she caresses Ise's head.
Likewise, Kiba makes the same declaration but it disgusts Ise.
Ise is reminded of recent school rumors amongst the girls fantasizing about his relationship with Kiba.
Enter Sirzechs Lucifer and Grayfia.
Sirzechs tells them not to worry and explains that Azazel has always enjoyed playing pranks.
Sirzechs is also visiting personally as Rias' brother to attend the upcoming open house event at the school.
Ise thinks to himself how his dad has even taken a holiday in order to tour the school, eager to see Asia in class.
Sirzechs is also visiting officially because the upcoming negotiations will be held at the school.
Zenovia introduces herself to Sirzechs, who comments that Rias has gathered very interesting underlings.
Next scene is Sirzechs at Ise's home chatting with his parents because Ise invited him to stay at his house.
Sirzechs introduces himself using his old name of Gremory and explains that he is managing his father's business.
"And that maid is?"
"Oh, she's Grayfia." replies Sirzechs. "Actually, she's my wife."
Everyone except Rias is surprised while Grayfia emotionlessly pinches Sirzechs' cheek.
"I am Grayfia the maid. I apologize for my master's joke."
Sirzechs is smiling with tears in his eyes, while Rias has her face in her hands in embarrassment.
Ise thinks Sirzechs is such a joker.
Ise notices his mom blushing as she asks if "Mr. Gremory" is going to the school open house.
Ise wonders if his mom has fallen for the handsome Satan, who looks like a male version of Rias.
Sirzechs says yes and mentions that his father is also coming.
Excited, Ise's dad brings out the wine and they start drinking.
At bed time, Rias is disappointed that she can't sleep with Ise because Sirzechs wants to room with Ise and have a chat.
Ise notices that Rias' expression is like a cute little girl who lost her favorite bedtime stuffed toy.
Ise thinks back to school where his friend accused him of having Asia's smell.
All the guys in the class thinks that Ise has graduated from being a virgin, but that is far from the truth.
Ise wonders if Kiba would have made a move on Rias in the same situation.
Ise convinces himself that there is an order to things and that sex is too early.

Grayfia leads the unwilling Rias back to her room. Asia also walks to her room disappointed, but smiling.
Sirzechs talks about how Azazel isn't into war, how Ise is important as a dragon reborn as a devil, and that he will guarantee Ise's safety.
He also tells Ise that he entrusts Rias to his hands and hopes that Ise will call him brother.
Sirzechs also blows Ise's mind by suggesting he should try using his Sacred Gear's Gift ability to power up Rias' breasts.
"Goodnight Ise-kun." Sirzechs goes to sleep leaving Ise awake all night in his fantasies.
Sirzechs tours the city with Ise the next few days, playing videogames, eating burger meals, even visiting a shinto shrine by suppressing its holy power with his overwhelming demonic power.
Zenovia has moved into an apartment near Ise's house.
Lately she has also bonded closely with Asia with their mutual faith and trying to adapt to Japanese life.
They also pray together and receive damage.

A few days ago, Rias bought a new swimsuit which she promised to wear to show Ise next time.

Two swords suddenly point at Vali -- Kiba's holy-demonic sword and Zenovia's Durandal.
However, Vali points out their fear and praises them for being strong enough to discern their difference in level.
After all, they couldn't defeat the fallen angel Kokabiel who was vanquished by Vali.
"Hyodo Isei, how far do you think you rank amongst the strongest in this world?"
Vali proceeds to explain that without completing his Balance Breaker, Ise is probably ranked around 1000-1500 and that even the famed Sirzechs Lucifer would not enter the top 10.
"But then, number one is already decided -- the unchanging existence."
"Who is that? Are you talking about yourself?"
"You'll find out sooner or later. But no, it's not me. Hyodo Isei is a precious existence, carefully cultivate him, Rias Gremory."
Explaining that he isn't looking for a fight but just killing time waiting for Azazel, Vali leaves.
Back in Ise's room, Ise is thinking about his eternal rival Vali and how their Sacred Gears are destined to battle.
When he met Vali just now, he felt Draig react as if wanting to fight.
Ise feels conflicted because he doesn't care about fate, he bears no grudge against Vali, he even feels thankful that Vali defeated Kokabiel.
However, Vali is currently on the fallen angels' side.
Next, Ise ponders how he can raise his devil rank.
1) Raise his reputation by entering contracts with humans. However, this is a slow process unless he can contract famous or important people like presidents.
This depends on luck and the location of the master's territory (but Ise lives in a small town).
Also, the contracting path has been shrinking in modern times and merely remains a tradition.
2) Perform some major accomplishment such as beating fallen angel leaders.
However, fighting high level angels and fallen angels is pretty unlikely in the current 3-way stalemate unless a second full scale war breaks out.
3) The Rating Game. Amongst reborn devils, the vast majority of those who rise to high-class devils and become independent of their masters did so through the Rating Game.
Even that roast chicken bastard Raiser's Phenex family only became prominent through the Rating Game.
Once a newly made high-class devil becomes independent, they receive a set of Evil Pieces and become Kings themselves.
However, even if Ise becomes a King, he must still fight as Rias' Pawn whenever she has a Rating Game.
Rias will be participating officially once she graduates from high school, about a year from now.
Thus, Ise decides that he must become strong to rise in rank to fulfill his dream of harem king.
Ise also wonders if beating the White Dragon Emperor would raise his devil reputation.
Rias enters the room and interrupts Ise's thoughts with an invitation to her lap.
Rias apologizes for the scary morning and assures Ise the summer is long and there will be more sun cream opportunities.
Ecchi thoughts clear Ise's mind of his worries and he drifts off to sleep...

Ise's parents are excited to visit Asia at the school open house event.
All parents are invited to attend, and even younger students from the junior high are allowed to come.
Rias is uneasy that her father and brother are coming, while Ise feels no different because he knows his parents will be focused on Asia.
In class, Zenovia approaches Ise and apologizes for taking things too fast.
"Let's practice with this first" and takes out a condom, causing a huge commotion in the class.
Zenovia tosses another condom to Asia, saying unplanned pregnancies would be troublesome.
Asia is completely clueless until the resident glasses-wearing female pervert Kiryu whispers in her ear.
Kiryu also points out that Ise's fingernails are cut very deeply, usually a sign that the man "plays" intensely with women.
Ise protests it is only coincidence, but he suddenly remembers it is Rias who cut his nails.

"These are my normal clothes!"
"Hey Saji, didn't I tell you to quickly solve the problem..." President Sona stops upon seeing cosplay girl.
"Sona-chan!" the girl hugs Sona on first sight, puzzling everyone until they realize the facial resemblance...
"Hey Serafore, you also came." Sirzechs greets the girl.
"That's Leviathan-sama, one of the 4 maou. Serafore Leviathan-sama, Sona's older sister." explains Rias to Ise.
Though her face is quite beautiful, Ise is totally astonished because he had imagined Leviathan to be a mature sexy busty lady instead of a cute little cosplay girl.
Leviathan reveals that she was so saddened by Sona not telling her about the open house event that she almost went to attack Heaven.
Ise introduces himself and Leviathan tells him to call her Levi-tan.

Meanwhile, Sona's face is all red from embarrassment about the way her sister acts and dresses.
Ise comments to himself that this isn't Mahou Shoujo but Maou Shoujo -- scary Maou Shoujo Seraphore Leviathan.
Ise clarifies with Saji to understand why they called Lucifer instead of Leviathan for help against Kokabiel.
It wasn't because the sisters weren't close but the opposite -- war would have broken out if the obsessive Leviathan found out her sister was being bullied.
Unable to control her embarrassment, the usually calm Sona runs away with tears in her eyes and Leviathan chases after her.
Then it is the Gremory family's turn to embarrass Rias.
Sirzechs calls her "Ria-tan" and brings up her childhood actions while their father happily photographs Rias' angry expressions.
Smiling, Akeno observes how alike these maou families are, and how the younger sisters act so seriously in contrast to their eccentric maou older siblings.
Ise's parents appear, holding hands, and are introduced to Rias' father.
Noting Ise and Rias' embarrassment, Rias' father asks Kiba to lead them to a more private setting to chat.
Sirzechs also leaves with Rias and Akeno with matters to discuss, while Ise and Asia return to class.
Back home, Ise's mom is admiring the videos they took of Asia.
The Hyodo family and the Gremory family (minus Rias' mom) are watching the videos they took at school.
Rias' father is drinking and laughing, while Ise and Rias are sitting silently with their faces red, wishing things would end soon.
As Sirzechs comments on Rias in class, Rias calls him an idiot and runs off.
Sirzechs is suddenly hit by Grayfia with fan in hand while Ise chases after Rias.
In Ise's room, Rias and Ise have a tender discussion.
Rias is happy that their families are getting along so well and tells Ise that she feels fortunate to have met him.
Ise affirms that he is also happy to have met Rias but then he will be sad when she gets a boyfriend.
Rias tells him she won't get a boyfriend but she will have to marry some day to continue the Gremory family.
She also tells Ise that she will cultivate her own husband to her liking but Ise is too dense to understand.
As Rias talks about the kind of wedding she wants (Japanese style), Ise suddenly finds himself locked in a kiss. (2nd kiss with Rias)
Deep tongue kissing.
A tearful Asia interrupts them.
"Why is it always buchou?"
"Strike fast and first. This is what I've learnt from Akeno."
While Ise screams in his head in fear from another female argument, Grayfia enters to diffuse the situation.
Sirzechs also comes to get Rias to continue their discussion, and tells Ise it is about her "other bishop."
The next day, the entire Occult Club gathers in the old school building in front of a sealed classroom.
Apparently, Rias' other bishop is inside.
The mysterious bishop which Rias didn't use against Raiser or Kokabiel.
According to Sirzechs, Rias' recent battles with Raiser and Kokabiel has won the approval of the 4 Maou, the families of Baal and Agares, as well as other high class devils.
They believe Rias is now ready to unseal and control her other bishop.
Though this bishop is a complete shut-in, Akeno points out this child is a goldmine because he/she is very successful at contracting over the internet without meeting anyone in person.
They unseal the door, but even gentle coaxing from Akeno is unable to convince the child from coming out.
Ise peers into the classroom and sees a coffin as well as various items suggesting a girl's room.
He also finds a pretty red-eyed blonde sitting on the floor trembling.
As Ise gets excited by the female uniform and the prospects of a pretty blonde foreigner bishop pair...
Rias shatters his hopes by pointing out it's a boy with a penchant for crossdressing.
Ise screams in shock and curses God for wasting such cuteness on a boy.
"Why does a shut-in who never leaves the house need to crossdress? For who to see?"
"Be...because girls' clothes are cuter."
As Ise bemoans his shattered dreams, Rias introduces her new underlings Ise, Asia and Zenovia to the boy. (Ise refers to him as crossdressing bastard.)
Ise grabs his hand and tries to drag him out of the room, but suddenly finds him in the far corner in a flash.
Ise, Asia and Zenovia are surprised, but Akeno explains that the boy has the ability to freeze in time everything in sight whenever he gets excited.
Time stop? That's a crazy powerful Sacred Gear, thinks Ise, but it explains how he seems to teleport.
Rias gently hugs the boy and introduces him.
"This child is Gasper Vladi, my bishop. Also, first year student at Kuou High school, as well as a human-vampire hybrid before rebirth."

Ise points out time stop is like cheating, but Rias counters that Boosted Gear and Divine Dividing are also like hacks.
Ise wonders how such a powerful Sacred Gear owner could be brought back to life with just one bishop piece.
This was done using a Mutation Piece.
Apparently, a Mutation Piece can resurrect targets which normally require multiple Evil Pieces.
Mutation Pieces occur as a sort of bug in the Evil Piece creation process with a 1 in 10 chance for a King to possess one.
Since the effect was seen as an interesting feature, the bug was kept instead of fixed.
Gasper possesses such exceptional potential that he can activate his power unconsciously.
Since the top level devils seem to think Rias is responsible for her 2 underlings, Ise and Kiba, reaching Balance Breaker level, they are hoping the same for Gasper.
Gasper is from an old family of vampires and also inherited his Sacred Gear as a result of being born half human.
His magical ability is only 2nd to Akeno, plus he has his vampire abilities.
Furthermore, Gasper can live under the sun because of his special daywalker vampire heritage.
Since he is a hybrid, he doesn't require much blood -- just a pack of blood every 10 days.
In fact, Gasper doesn't even like to suck blood.
While Rias and Akeno leave to survey the place to be used for the angel, fallen angel, devil negotiations, Ise and the rest are tasked with rehabilitating Gasper towards normal social contact.
Kiba also leaves because Sirzechs wants to learn more about his Balance Breaker (the holy-demonic sword).
While Gasper hides in his cardboard box, Zenovia's theats of crosses, holy water and garlic only succeed in scaring him further.
Chasing Gasper around with Durandal, Zenovia takes the approach of "a healthy body is the foundation for a healthy mind"
Asia is sad because she wanted to meet Rias' other bishop but Gasper hasn't even looked at her.
Koneko enters the fray bearing garlic. "Ga-kun, eating garlic is healthy for the body."
Saji appears, wanting to meet the newly unsealed underling.
However, his excitement over the pretty blonde is instantly shattered by Ise pointing out Gasper's true gender.
Enter a raincoat-wearing bad boy who Ise points out as Azazel.
Zenovia points Durandal at Azazel, Asia hides behind Ise's back, and Ise materializes Boosted Gear.
Saji also brings out his Sacred Gear, which looks like a lizard's head.
Azazel laughs and convinces them he is not here to fight. After all, they couldn't even handle Kokabiel.
Azazel reveals his Sacred Gear enthusiast side and starts giving them hints and tips.
Azazel says that devils have been using Sacred Gears by instinct rather than researching them properly, which is especially dangerous when the hosts are inadequate.
He suggests that using Saji's Black Dragon Pulse to absorb excess power from Gasper's Sacred Gear will make it easier to control.
Saji is surprised to find out his Sacred Gear can connect to and weaken any object, even other Sacred Gears. (Saji originally thought its only use was to weaken an enemy's power.)
For a short period of time, it can even connect any two objects together rather than connecting them to himself.
Also, the stronger he gets, the faster he can absorb and the more lines of connections he can make.
Finally, the fastest way for Gasper to master his Sacred Gear would be to suck the Red Dragon Emperor, i.e. Ise's blood.
After all, vampires naturally get stronger by drinking blood.
As Azazel is leaving, he apologizes for Vali approaching Ise and scaring them.
However, he refuses to apologize for hiding his identity to contract with Ise, saying "it was my interest."
Saji and Ise try to train Gasper to time freeze a ball they toss, but he always stops everything within his sight.
If a person is stopped, everything including thought is stopped and there is no memory, only a sense that something unusual happened.
Also, the time an object is stopped depends on the distance to Gasper (the closer, the longer the freeze).
Whenever Gasper runs away while apologizing, they have to spend a lot of effort to catch and bring him back.
Rias checks on their progress, bringing sandwiches she made herself. Both Ise and Saji enjoy them.
She thanks Saji for helping Gasper and gently encourages Gasper, saying she will accompany his training.
Saji leaves after stuffing a few more sandwiches in his mouth.
Gasper's Sacred Gear training continues into the night.
The next night, Ise is doing his usual devil contracting work, and still travelling by bike (can't teleport yet).
Ise brings Gasper along (Rias' orders) in his box to Morizawa-san, a regular customer (also Koneko's regular).
Though Ise introduces Gasper as the talking box, Morizawa opens the box and Ise warns him it's a boy.
"How could such a cute child be a girl? Traps are the best!" exclaims Morizawa with his eyes shining.
As he reaches towards Gasper, time stops and Gasper escapes with his box.
Back at Gasper's room, Rias is apologizing to the crying Gasper for asking Ise to bring him along.
Ise recalls Gasper's life story he heard from Rias.
Gasper's father is from a famous vampire family while his human mother was a concubine.
Amongst vampires, discrimination against hybrids is even worse than amongst devils.
At home Gasper was always bullied by his pureblood brothers, but coming to the human world wasn't any better because he was treated as a monster.
However, Gasper possesses rare vampire abilities as well as a Sacred Gear from his human heritage.
While Gasper is crying that he doesn't want a Sacred Gear that freezes his friends, Rias reprimands herself saying she has failed as King.
Ise steps up and assures Rias that he will find a solution, allowing her to go prepare for the upcoming negotiations.
Ise shares his experiences, how despite his Sacred Gear he was just a normal high school student unlike Kiba and Gasper, and how he fears that every time he uses dragon powers he might lose parts of his body.
Ise says in spite of everything, he moves forward because he never wants to see Rias cry again like during the painful defeat of the previous Rating Game.
Ise takes Azazel's advice and offers his blood, but Gasper is afraid.
Ise then shares his perverted fantasies of what he could do with a time freeze ability -- peeking under skirts, feeling breasts, stealing panties... etc.
Gasper is surprised but smiles because it's the first time anyone admired his ability.
Ise even shares his secret wish to transfer power to boost Rias' breasts.
Gasper says that Ise's unusual creativity in perverted applications of Sacred Gears is inspiring him with courage.
As Kiba comes in, Ise proposes an alliance of the 3 male Gremory underlings.
Ise outlines his plan to transfer power to Gasper to stop time, allowing him to molest girls freely.
"Another ecchi fantasy. Do I have any role?"
"Of course. You need to enter Balance Breaker mode to protect me. Just in case, there may be enemies.
I accumulate power, Gasper stops time, I fondle the girls, you protect me. A perfect formation."
"Ise-kun, though I am willing to do anything for you, I must tell you this. Going too far with using your power for ecchi will make Ddraig cry."
"Kiba is such a good guy." cries Ddraig.
"Kiba you bastard! Stop looking at me with pitying eyes! Damn handsome guy, you have girls throwing themselves at you!"
Gasper retreats to his box but Ise comes up with a new idea.
Cutting two eyeholes in a paper bag, Ise puts it over Gasper's head and gives him another way to raise his comfort level.
They spend the night having male heart to heart talk and Ise discovers that Kiba is actually unexpectedly perverted.
The next holiday, Ise is meeting Akeno and gets scared when he realizes he is approaching a shinto shrine.
In the beginning, Rias had warned him not to enter churches or shrines.
However, Akeno meets him on the steps and welcomes him while dressed in a miko (priestess) outfit.
Ise notes how the look fits her and showcases her yamato nadeshiko charm.
Cautiously stepping through the gate, Ise is reassured by Akeno that there is a special agreement to allow devils to enter.
Since the previous owner died, Rias took over the abandoned shrine for Akeno to live in.
A third voice appears, "So he is the Red Dragon Emperor?"
A golden winged young man with a halo and wearing a white robe descends from the sky.
Smiling gently, he extends his hand. "My pleasure to meet the Red Dragon Emperor, Hyodo Isei-kun."
"I am Michael, leader of the angels. This unmistakable dragon aura sure brings back memories."
Akeno leads Ise and Michael into the shrine.
Ise recalls Rias teaching him that angels have halos and white wings while fallen angels have black wings and no halo.
Michael has golden wings.
Ise sees a sword floating in the air and feels a pinprick-like sensation alerting him of danger.
Michael tells Ise it is a gift-- St. George's dragon slayer holy sword, the Ascalon.
Ise is suspicious of the weapon that can easily kill him.
Michael explains that special enchantments have been cast to allow Ise as a devil to use his dragon power to control it.
Michael says he believes the upcoming negotiations is a great chance for the 3 sides to ally.
Since God and the previous Maou all died in the last war and Azazel does not wish for war, it is a good opportunity to eliminate unnecesary conflict.
If their rivalry continues, the 3 sides will eventually die out and other forces would take over.
Ascalon is Michael's gift to the devils while he has prepared another gift for the fallen angels.
Michael also says he is happy about recent news that the devils have acquired holy-demonic swords.
Ise is surprised that there are other forces from other mythologies other than the Bible.
Ddraig tells him that they usually keep to their own territories but nothing is certain now that God from the Bible is dead.
Michael also says that he is giving Ascalon to Ise because the Red Dragon which opposed them in the past is now on the devils' side.
Since Ise is "the weakest host ever", they thought he needed a weapon to even the odds against the White Dragon.
Michael also reveals that the last time the 3 sides cooperated was when the Red and White Dragons interfered with their battles.
Ise still hesitates to touch Ascalon, but Akeno assures him that Lucifer, Azazel and Michael did the final adjustments at the shrine to allow him to touch it.
Ise trusts Akeno and materializes his gauntlet.
As the sword's holy aura flowed into Boosted Gear, it felt like Ddraig's power was devouring it.
With a flash of red light, Ise's left hand was now covered by a gauntlet with a blade.
"Perfect timing, I have to go now." Ise tries to make a request by Michael promises to hear him out after the conference.
With a flash of golden light, Michael was gone.
After Michael left, Akeno treats Ise to a traditional tea ceremony.
Ise asks about Akeno's past and Akeno confirms that she is the daughter of fallen angel Barakiel and a human mother.
She reveals how she rejects her fallen angel heritage and tried to get rid of it by becoming a devil, but the result is one devil wing and one fallen angel wing.
Akeno asks if Ise hates fallen angels for killing him and Asia.
Ise responds honestly that he hates fallen angels but he likes Akeno.
He tells her that he has never disliked the gentle Akeno senpai and knowing about her past does not change his feelings.
Crying then drying her tears, Akeno thanks Ise for his sweet words and says that means she has to get serious.
Hugging Ise, Akeno whispers in his ear that she has decided, and that she won't mind being Number Three behind Rias and Asia.
Ise has no idea what is going on but accept Akeno's lap pillow offer and agrees to her demand to call her just "Akeno" when it's the 2 of them.
Akeno savours her victory in stealing another of Rias' privileges with Ise while Ise enjoys another girl's lap pillow apart from Rias and Asia.
However, Rias soon arrives and pinches Ise's face for cheating on her.
Back to business, Rias confirms that Ise has accepted the sword and drags him back to school.
From behind, Ise hears Akeno saying she admires Rias for being the Number One candidate.
As Rias angrily stomps her way down the steps of the shrine, she suddenly changes mood and asks Ise to call her "Rias".
However, Ise insists that she is his master and buchou, which disappoints Rias. "What Number One candidate... Aren't I the furthest?"

"Of course, Vali, for you are the White Dragon Emperor."
"...Say, Azazel, there won't be any more war?"
"Always pursuing battle. What a typical dragon host. The short-lived type."
"Doesn't matter. I am not interested in a long life. Too bad I was born in the wrong time. I would have liked to kill God."
"Spoken like a White Dragon Emperor. So what would you do after you beat all the strong beings?"
"Go die. I am not interested in a boring world."

On the morning of the negotiations between the leaders, Ise is still training with Gasper while Asia accompanies them.
Gasper can now successfully stop the ball around once every 20 times.
Meanwhile, Ise completes his plan for fondling girls -- he has already made a schedule of the times and locations where his targets will be alone.
Ever since he started training with Gasper every night, Ise hasn't slept at all.
But then again, he has to suppress his desire to touch Rias' breasts at night because Asia would get angry.
As they continue to train, Ise thinks of Azazel but quickly suppresses the thought of asking him to help them train their Sacred Gears.
The negotiations are held in the staff meeting room of the new school building.
The entire school is also surrounded by a strong magical barrier which prevents exit or entry before the talks end.
The armies of angels, fallen angels and devils wait patiently outside.
Since Gasper still can't control his Sacred Gear properly, he cannot attend the talks and stays in his room.
Ise is nice enough to leave videogames and snacks to occupy Gasper.
In the meeting room, Ise feels the tense atmosphere and holds Asia's hand to calm her.
Representing the devils are Sirzechs and Leviathan with Grayfia waiting on the side.
Sona is alone while Rias has her entire team minus Gasper.
The angel faction has golden-winged Michael and several female angels.
Ise marvels at their white wings and angelic good looks.
As for the fallen angels, there is the 12-winged Azazel and the White Dragon Emperor Vali.
After introductions, Azazel apologizes for Kokabiel causing trouble.
The first thing they clarify is the forbidden topic that God is dead and then the negotiations begin.
Ise cannot comprehend the talks and starts staring at Rias' chest.
Rias holds Ise's hand while Akeno snickers at them.
Sona, Rias and Akeno are summoned to give a report on the previous battle with Kokabiel.
Azazel concludes that Kokabiel has been sentenced to eternal freezing at the deepest level of hell.
Sirzechs questions Azazel on why he has been gathering Sacred Gear users.
Michael agrees, saying they expected war when they heard that the White Dragon had joined the fallen angels.
Azazel affirms that he only wishes to study Sacred Gears out of interest.
He says that he is satisfied with the world and that he has given orders not to interfere in human or devil affairs.
Azazel then surprises all the other leaders by suggesting they make peace.
Michael agrees, saying that peace should be sought since the previous source of conflict (God and Satan) are gone.
Azazel jokes that even Michael has "fallen" then says that Michael must inherit God's "system"
Sirzechs agrees that the devils have continued without Satan and that further conflict will bring their ruin.
Azazel sums up saying that even without God, the world continues to turn.
Talks continue on details of territory and military arrangements but Ise doesn't pay attention.
During a tea break, Ise asks Michael about why they exiled Asia.
Michael explains that ever since God died, the "system" left behind had to be sustained by Michael and the other seraphim.
God originally created the "system" as a means of enacting miracles on earth.
However, it is very difficult for anyone other than God to control the "system" which means that their protection and grace for believers has greatly weakened.
This limits the number of people they can save.
It was decided that they would keep away any elements that could destabilize the "system", such as the Sacred Gears of Asia, Vali and Ise.
For example, it would be a problem for believers' faith if they knew about a Sacred Gear that could heal fallen angels and devils.
Likewise, they cannot allow believers to know that God no longer exists, which is why they had to discard Zenovia despite her power.
Michael apologizes to Asia and Zenovia, but they are happy to understand the reasons and tell Michael they are satisfied with their new lives as devils.
Michael also feels reassured that Durandal is in the hands of Sirzechs' sister's underling.
When Azazel enters the conversation, Ise blames him for Reynalle killing Asia for his sake.
Azazel admits that they have been killing Sacred Gear owners deemed too dangerous, but it is natural for organizations to eliminate threats.
On the other hand, Azazel points out that Ise's reborn life is better for him and his companions.
Saying that apologies are useless, Azazel says he will compensate Ise in his own way.
Azazel also neutralizes Ise's aggression by reminding him that if war breaks out, he will be fighting on the front lines as the Red Dragon Emperor.
But if peace is made, continuation of the races becomes a new priority, suggesting that Ise could have sex with Rias every day.
Ise instantly blurts out "I wish for peace! Peace for sure! Peace is the best! I want to have sex with buchou!"
However, the comedic moment is suddenly interrupted when Ise is suddenly time-frozen.
As Ise recovers, he sees almost everyone around him are frozen.
Sirzechs, Leviathan, Grayfia, Michael, Azazel and Vali are all active, naturally.
Rias, Kiba and Zenovia are fine, but everyone else including Akeno and Sona are frozen.
Ise has the Red Dragon, Kiba has his rule-breaking Balance Breaker, while Zenovia had activated Durandal because her body remembered the time frozen feeling from Gasper's training.
Azazel concludes it is a terrorist attack.
Ise looks out the window and see many mages dressed in heavy robes bombarding the school building with magical attacks.
Azazel explains that the legendary wizard Merlin Ambrosius analyzed the devils' magical system and created magic that humans can use.
From their attacks, Azazel ranks their magical power at mid-class devil level (Ise laments to himself that there are so many people with stronger magic than him).
Azazel is confident that the barrier cast by the 3 leaders (himself, Michael and Sirzechs) cannot be breached, but says Sacred Gear users could be problematic.
Though Boosted Gear is unique in having the power multiplier as well as the transfer abilities, there are other Sacred Gears that has one or the other ability by itself.
This means that their enemies have kidnapped Gasper, boosted his ability to Balance Breaker levels and then transferred it to attack.
Azazel also points out that all the angel, fallen angel and devil armies outside have been frozen.
Angry that Gasper is being used against his will, Rias exudes a scary red aura.
Azazel casually makes a gesture at the window which causes countless spears of light to rain down on the terrorists.
Despite their efforts to shield themselves with magical barriers, Azazel's spears penetrate and eliminate them all.
However, more terrorists teleport through a magic circle onto the school grounds.
Azazel deduces that there must be a betrayer cooperating with the terrorists.
The leaders of the 3 factions are hesitant to dispel the school barrier because the human world would be affected by their battle, but this leaves them trapped.
It is decided that they must save Gasper first, which Rias can do by teleporting to the old school building using Castling to swap places with her unused rook.
With Grayfia's preparation, Rias can take one other person, naturally Ise volunteers.
Azazel gives Ise two bracelets which can help control Sacred Gears -- 1 for Gasper, the other for him.
The bracelet will even allow Ise to reach Balance Breaker for a short time by acting as the price.
Azazel warns Ise not to use it until the last minute because wearing the armor rapidly depletes stamina and magical power.
Azazel sends Vali to engage the terrorists in the school yard and Vali immediately activates his Balance Breaker armor (Ise realizes he has far to go to catch up with his rival).
Michael questions why Azazel has gathered so many Longinus users even though God is dead.
Azazel explains it is self defense against the Chaos Brigade which is led by the Ouroboros Dragon Ophus, thean strongest existence since the beginning of the world.
Narration switches to Kiba.
After Rias and Ise teleport, a magic circle appears in the meeting room... Leviathan's.
That is, the original Leviathan.
Out appears a lady wearing a low-cut dress with a very high skirt slit.
Sirzechs recognizes her as Cattleya Leviathan the descendant of the original Leviathan.
Cattleya announces that most of the former maou families have allied with the Chaos Brigade.
They wish to lend the strength of Ouroboros to destroy the world and recreate it under their rule.
Staring hatefully at Seraphore, Cattleya accuses her of stealing her rightful title of Leviathan.
Cattleya tells the leaders their era will end today but Azazel laughs, saying that her words sounds like a villain's speech before being defeated.
Azazel asks Sirzechs and Michael not to interfere and gives Cattleya one chance to surrender.
Next, Azazel and Cattleya fly outside and begin to battle.
Sirzechs and Michael channel their powers to strengthen the school barrier since Azazel left to fight.
Kiba and Zenovia are sent to deal with the unending stream of mages.
As his holy-demonic sword slices through yet another mage and his barrier, Kiba has lost count.
Kiba wonders if Durandal is that hard to control, noting the trenches and craters on the ground caused by Zenovia.
In the air, Azazel and Cattleya's battle continues.
Azazel conjures spears of light which are even larger than himself, while Cattleya is mainly casting defensive barriers.
Kiba observes that Azazel seems stronger but Cattleya is holding her own without any underlings.
Kiba notes how the original maou families completely rejected the Evil Piece system.
Suddenly, Cattleya takes out a bottle and swallows what looks like a small black snake.
This causes her magical power to expand rapidly, and she even dispels a barrage of light spears from Azazel with a wave of her hand.
Suddenly, an unexpected attack approaches Azazel.

Back to Ise and Rias teleporting to the old school building.
They ended up in the midst of their enemies.
The room has been taken over by the mages. Gasper is tied to a chair and calls to them.
Rias is glad that Gasper is ok and reaffirms that she will not abandon him.
Ise suddenly notices that all the mages in the room are female.
One of the terrorists grabs Gasper's hair and insults Rias, saying she is stupid for not using Gasper like a tool.
Jealous of Rias' good looks, the terrorist also fires magic to blast off portions of Rias' clothing.
Ise shields Rias with his body, activates Boosted Gear and promotes himself to Queen.
Using Ascalon's blade (but suppressing its holy and dragon slaying powers), he stabs his right hand surprising everyone.
Before anyone could stop him, Ise extends his hand and offers his blood to Gasper, telling him to be a man.
Gasper licks Ise's blood and the room's atmosphere changes instantly.
Gasper disappears from the chair and numerous bats appear flying near the ceiling.
In addition, many black hands are extending out from the terrorist's shadows and pulling them down.
The bats swoop down, sucking their blood and absorbing their magic.
Rias explains that these are Gasper's original vampire powers which have been released by Ise's blood.
As the terrorists try to attack Rias, Gasper activates his Sacred Gear through the eyes of his bats and stops the magic in mid-air.
Gasper then freezes all the terrorists and Ise immediately applies Dress Break to all of them.
Surrounded by naked girls that he can freely watch and touch, Ise smiles in victory with a nosebleed.
"Gasper we are invincible together."
"Yes!"
Rias sighs and flicks Ise's forehead.
Ise talks to Ddraig who tells him that Ophus is the strongest dragon, stronger than the heavenly dragons and even stronger than God.
Rias also uses a magic circle to teleport the defeated terrorists to be imprisoned in the underworld.
Ise notes that Rias has changed into a new uniform and he also fantasizes about how the prisoners would look under bondage.
Gasper has reverted to his normal form and wearing Azazel's bracelet.
Ise finds that Gasper has developed a habit of hiding behind his back, just like Asia.
As they prepare to leave the old school building, they find Azazel wounded, betrayed by Vali.
Vali lands and there is a pretty lady next to him.
Ise admires how the dress exposes so much bust, the high slit and the beautiful legs...
"What a vulgar gaze. Is that the Red Dragon Emperor, Vali?"
"Unfortunately, yes. The current host is most regrettable."
Ise yells that he is already trying his hardest to live and tries to find out who the lady is.
No one answers Ise.
Azazel asks Vali when he switched sides and Vali explains that on his way back from defeating Kokabiel, he was offered the chance to fight the Asgard.
The lady laughs at Azazel for not preparing for Vali's betrayal despite knowing his character and thirst for battle.
Vali reveals to Ise that his full name is Vali Lucifer, another descendant of the original maou.
Showing his devil wings, Vali explains he is a devil human hybrid, the son of Lucifer's grandson and a human woman.
Azazel observes that Vali could be the strongest White Dragon Emperor of all time.
Cattleya reveals that she borrowed some power from Ophus but Azazel provokes her, saying that Sirzechs and Michael are smarter than her.
Azazel takes out a short sword and says he also tried making his own Sacred Gears but most of them were useless.
In a flash of light, Azazel is covered by a dragon-like golden armor.
This is the result of researching Vali's and other dragon-derived Sacred Gear, Azazel's masterpiece artificial Sacred Gear -- Fallen Heavenly Dragon's Shining Spear.
Ddraig explains to Ise that Azazel's is not a proper Balance Breaker but a forced awakening of the Sacred Gear.
As an artificial Sacred Gear, it will be single use only.
On the other hand, Ise and Vali's Sacred Gears can regenerate themselves as long as the host is alive.
Vali laughs "hahaha! That's amazing of you, Azazel!" Ise thinks he's gone mad.
"Vali, as much as I'd like to be your opponent... Please play with the Red Dragon for now."
"But fighting with Azazel seems more fun."
At Cattleya's questioning, Azazel confirms that he sealed the golden dragon Fafnir into his artificial Sacred Gear.
Ddraig also explains to Ise that there are 5 dragon kings, the rest are: Vritra, Tiamat, the Jade Dragon, and Midgardsormr.
Then Azazel proceeds to defeat Cattleya in one move with his spear.
Cattleya turns her arms into tentacles to wrap around Azazel's left arm and starts a self destruct spell.
Telling Azazel that her tentacles cannot be cut, Azazel nonchalantly cuts off his own left arm and impales the surprised Cattleya with his spear.
As blood spurts from the wound, Azazel's arm turns into dust.
The power of light turns Cattleya into dust without exploding.
Azazel deactivates his armor and kisses a gemstone in his hand.
"Times up, looks like there are more improvements to be made.
But as long as the core gem is intact, the artificial Sacred Gear can be recreated again.
Please stay with me a while longer, Golden Dragon-kun Fafnir."
Azazel turns to Vali and says he can still fight even with one hand and no armor.
Vali gives Azazel a look then turns to Ise.
"Don't you think fate is too cruel?

With a pitying expression, Vali continues to laugh at Ise.
"Too boring. Once I found out about you, I wanted to laugh. 'So this is my rival'

Vali decides he will add some excitement to Ise's life story by killing his parents to create a quest for revenge.

Using Azazel's bracelet as the price, Ise enters Balance Breaker mode.
The countdown on his left gauntlet shows less than 15 minutes. Well, much better than 10 seconds, thinks Ise.
Ise flies into the air but Vali evades. Ise then summons Ascalon, but Vali easily dodges his random swings.
Albion warns Vali about Ise's dragon slayer sword, but Vali doesn't even think Ise can hit him.
Ise swears to himself he should have trained swordfighting with Kiba.
Vali punches Ise in the chest and laughs at him for being too weak.
Vali divides Ise's power in half but Ise instantly recovers by doubling his power with a Boost.
Ddraig warns Ise that the power lost is also stolen by Vali's Sacred Gear and added to his physical power.
However, there is a maximum level and excess power is released through the wings of light on Vali's back.
Ise is unable to dodge Vali's magical blasts and gets more and more wounded.
Vali laughs at Ise for only charging in straight lines, using power with no technique and wasting the Sacred Gear.
Ise charges straight at Vali and endures the volley of magical attacks which break apart his armor.
Seeing Ise approach, vali summons a shield of light in front of him.
Ise transfers power to Ascalon and applies its dragon slaying power to his left fist.
Ise's fist breaks through Vali's shield and smashes into his head, throwing him off balance.
Vali's mask cracks and reveals his face.
Ise also grabs Vali's armor and transfers power to it, overloading its dividing and absorption powers.
Vali tries to defend himself but Ise easily shatters the White Dragon armor with the power of Ascalon in his punches.
Vali spits blood, but he is actually laughing happily that his rival can put up a fight.
Ise continues punching Vali's face to take out his anger, but Vali regenerates his armor.
Ddraig warns Ise that it is too hard to defeat Vali within the time limit.
Seeing the shattered pieces of Divine Dividing on the ground, Ise asks for Ddraig's opinion.
"...Partner, you're sending a dangerous suggestion. But very interesting! You could die, are you prepared for that?"
Intrigued, Vali just watches to see what crazy thing Ise is going to do.
"White Dragon! Albion! Vali! I will be taking your power!" shouts Ise.
Shattering the Red Dragon gemstone on his gauntlet, Ise picks up and inserts a fragment of the White Dragon gemstone from the ground.
Ise thinks back to how Kiba did the impossible and combined holy and demonic powers together during the battle with Kokabiel.
Ise's right hand begins to emit a white aura that surrounds his entire right side.
Ise begins to feel intense pain while Vali watches in surprise.
"Too rash, Ddraig. We are opposite existences. This is suicide. Do you really wish to disappear?" comments Albion.
Ddraig laughs. "Albion! Every time we repeat the same events! We have spent countless eons fighting under different hosts! Repeating the same events each time!"
"That's right, Ddraig. This is our destiny. Even if the hosts change, our way of battle never changes. You multiply power, I divide it.
The less skilled side loses. This has always been the way it is."
"I have learnt from this host -- Hyodo Issei -- that with determination impossible can become possible!"
With a flash of white light, a white gauntlet appears on Ise's right hand.
Ise notes that it looks kind of ugly to have set of red armor with just a white right gauntlet.
"This is impossible!" cries Albion.
Ise replies that this must be one of the bugs in the system after God died which also allowed holy demonic swords.
Albion cannot believe they risked their lives on the off chance a system bug would allow it.
"You're right, this is rash. But I survived."
Ddraig sighs. "But your lifespan definitely decreased. Even though devils have near limitless lives..."
"I never planned to live ten thousand years. But I have many things to do, so a thousand would be nice."
Applause from Vali.
"How interesting! If I win, I will halve you and everything around you!"
Vali demonstrates his "Half Dimension" ability which shrinks all the trees around him by half.
"Red Dragon Emperor Hyodo Isei. Let me put it in terms you can understand."
Azazel chimes in. "That ability can halve anything. If Vali wishes, he can halve Rias Gremory's breasts."
This completely pushes Ise's berserk button as he is horrified by the prospects of Rias' breasts shrinking.
"You bastard! Even thinking of halving buchou's breasts! Unforgivable! I will destroy you!"
As Ise's power multiplies, a crater appears under him and all the windows of the old school building shatter.
Vali laughs hysterically. "Is this for real? He's powering up just because he thinks his master's breasts will shrink!"
"Just you try laying your hands on Rias Gremory! I will annihilate you so that you can never be reborn! You halving freak!"
Vali flies towards Ise, but his motions seem extremely slow and Ise kicks him away.
Ise starts imagining what if Akeno's breasts were halved as well. Unforgivable.
Grabbing Vali with lightning speed, Ise yells "This is for buchou's breasts!" and punches Vali in the stomach.
Ise also uses his Dividing power on Vali to diminish his power.
"This is for Akeno-senpai's breasts!" Punch to the face, shattering Vali's helmet.
"This is for Asia's growing breasts!" Ise breaks the part of Vali's back which produces the wings of light.
"This is Zenovia's portion!" Vali gets kicked into the sky.
"Finally! This is for poor Koneko-chan's loli breasts which would disappear if they were halved!" Ise charges into Vali.
Vali vomits blood and Ise throws him to the ground.
Ise is still furious. "Koneko-chan is very sensitve about her tiny breasts! I won't let you take her breasts away! Can you imagine her pain, you halving freak!"
Vali laughs. "This is too interesting."
"Vali, his dividing power has been analyzed. We can handle it this way." reports Albion.
"Then there's nothing to fear then. Albion, is the current Hyodo Issei worthy enough for us to show him the White Dragon Emperor's Juggernaut mode?"
"Vali, I wouldn't suggest it. Juggernaut could potentially unleash Ddraig's restraints"
Ignoring Albion's warnings, Vali starts chanting while Ise tries to land a finishing blow.
Suddenly someone wearing ancient Chinese armor lands from the sky and stops them.
Bikou arrives to pick up Vali.
Ise is shocked when Azazel points out Bikou is the descendant of the original Sun Goku (monkey king) from Journey to the West.
Placing his pole on the ground, Bikou creates a massive hole.
Ise wants to lecture Vali further about breasts but he cannot pursue because his power runs out and his armor dissipates.
Ise demands another bracelet, but Azazel explains that making them takes a long time and cannot be mass produced.
As Ise's fatigue catches up to him, he doesn't even have the strength to stand up.
"I am very busy with opponents other than angels, fallen angels and devils. One day, we can have another duel. Let us become stronger until then."
Saying this, Vali disappears into the darkness of the hole with Bikou.
Back to the school yard, the armies of the 3 factions have already gathered to clean up the aftermath.
Sirzechs, Leviathan, and Michael are giving out orders to subordinates.
Sirzechs is surprised to see Azazel's missing arm.
Though Asia's power can heal the wound, the lost left arm could not be recovered.
Sirzechs feels responsible for the actions of the exiled former maou families, but Azazel insists it is his fault that Vali caused trouble.
In any case, the peace talks are successful and the leaders prepare to leave with their armies.
Ise makes a final request to Michael to allow Asia and Zenovia to pray to God without suffering damage.
Michael is surprised by such a request but agrees it should be possible to tweak the system to allow 2 devils to pray.
Both Zenovia and Asia are overjoyed.
Michael also promises Kiba that they will no longer sacrifice people in holy sword experiments.
Azazel gives orders to his fallen angels to uphold the peace, and that anyone who disagrees can leave to become his enemy.
However, Azazel decides to stay because he wants to teach Gasper.
Azazel says he cannot stand it seeing rare Sacred Gears being out of control.
On July of the year 20XX, heaven's representative Michael, the fallen angel organization Grigori head Azazel, and underworld representative Sirzechs Lucifer signed a peace treaty between the 3 factions.
Due to the location of the negotiations, this is known as the Kuou Treaty.
New Life.
"From today, I will be Occult Club's advisor. Please call me Azazel-sensei."
"why are you here?" asks a troubled Rias.
"Ha! This position is entrusted to me by Seraphore's sister! Because I am super handsome! Let me score all the girls!"
"That will never happen! why would Sona ask you to do this?"
"You're too serious, Rias Gremory. Nothing much, Sirzechs and Seraphore's sister asked, so here I came."
Ise asks about Azazel's arm.
"Oh this? This is a prosthetic arm I developed using my Sacred Gear research.
It is a multi-purpose armament with lasers and missiles that I have always wanted to try out.
Now that my arm is gone I went ahead and used it."
Suddenly Azazel's arm detaches and flies around.
Azazel explains that he is here to help train the Gremory underlings to use their Sacred Gears.
Since the plot to assassinate the leaders failed, and Heaven and Hell's defenses cannot be breached so easily, Azazel expects peace for now.
However, in the mean time Ise must train in preparation for the future.
Azazel asks Ise not to worry about too many things, and just focus on the fact that Vali is his rival.
Azazel reminds Ise that the only reason he won was because he had Ascalon and Vali didn't go all out.
For any Vali-class opponent who is not a dragon, Ise would have died already.
Azazel tells Ise that his first priority is to stabilize his power by completing his Balance Breaker.
Azazel also says he will help them with Rating Game strategies.
Azazel reveals that ever since the peace treaty, many angels and fallen angels have attended Rating Games as spectators.
Azazel turns to Kiba and asks how long he can sustain his Balance Breaker.
Kiba answers 1 hour and Azazel says he must get it to minimum 3 days of continuous battle.
Azazel reveals that Vali can stay in Balance Breaker form for a month, so Ise will have to train to narrow that difference.
10 secs (plus price) vs 1 month.
Azazel asks if Akeno still hates Barakiel and all the other fallen angels.
Akeno insists she blames Barakiel for her mother's death and she won't recognize him as father.
Azazel then says he will help Ise's harem king dream, after all, he has the experience of hundreds of harems in the past.
Azazel points out that the first fallen angels become so because they were seduced by human women just like in the legends.
Azazel also offers to help Ise graduate from virgin status as there are many beautiful female fallen angels who would be interested in a dragon.
However, Rias hugs Ise and asks Azazel not to feed Ise any strange ideas, declaring that Ise's virginity is under her guard.
"Ise, are you leaving me behind on a journey?"
"Ara ara, Ise-kun, I would be lonely if you went on a trip."
"...Ise-senpai, you're the worst."
"If it is under buchou's guard, then having babies would be difficult... hmm."
"You're so popular, Ise-senpai! The shut-in in me admires you!"
Azazel laughs and says that dragons naturally end up as single husbands with multiple wives.
He is also happy that Kuou High School has become a special significance where the fallen angel leader, maou's sister, assistance from heaven, as well as a legendary dragon have gathered.
For the upcoming summer vacation, they will all train, especially Ise towards his complete Balance Breaker.

Rias pinches Ise's cheek and decides Ise's house needs remodeling.
Ise hopes he will graduate from virginhood this summer, and that he must become strong to catch up to Vali.

CaoCao also takes on the remaining Gremory group and Vali group. Zenovia's Ex-Durrandal breaks against this fight. Kiba was the only one who didn't receive any damage and is the only one who can fight against him.
Kiba can create dragon-slayer. He masters this to defeat Sigfried who defeated Kiba in volume 9.
Dragon-eater Samael attacks hits Opfus. Opfus lost more than 75% of his strength, but it's stated that even in that power he is still stronger than Two-heavenly dragon.
It's hinted that Ddraig moved on to the next host.
I can't say if it's real until I get my LN, but it seems like it's quiet serious.

It says that Opfus befriended Ise, so it might be possible. According to the spoiler Ddraig spoke about Ise to Opfus before he disappears.
I suppose if Ddraig spoke about Ise to Opfus ...Ise is still alive and perhaps through Opfus help.Well at least that give more hope that Ise is alive.And now I want to see the couple Ise+Opfus a partner I wonder how the other will react a this.( if happen)
