considering that apparently the Touma and Hamazura will share the same hospital room, Kamachi has an obligation to seize this moment, is the ITEM first interacting with Touma (thanking him for saving the life of Hamazura or Fremea), being Misaki and Misaka going to visit him and finding Mugino, or they seeing Touma being bitten by Index, etc.

Touma meeting Mugino and super-chan would be fun (Mugino might freak out about being surrounded by lv.0s who can beat her), and he might finally realize from meeting with Takitsubou that heroes can also have girlfriends.

Actually, the term 'Archangel' can be used to represent the second ranking, OR it can also be referred to an Important Angel, any high ranking Angel can be called an Archangel.
